Our condo is located right by the beautiful cherry grove inlet! Unit 305. One bedroom with one queen bed, fold out queen sized couch, and a washer & dryer!

Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun.

This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Accessible from Myrtle Beach or Wilmington airports (3 and 1/2 hours from Raleigh/Durham airport).

Great location!

This was a cute little condo, clean and well furnished. A couple of things since my 70 plus mom was with me: The bathroom had a very old tub with shower head and was difficult for her to get in and out of and did not feature a grab bar. The elevator was easy access, but there are some stairs to go down to get to the deck. Just a heads up for anyone with an older traveler. We had a wonderful (but chilly) week and the condo was just right for two.

Handicap Limited

Could not get warm enough, thermostat appeared to be limited. Patio door would not stay on tract nor lock. Paper towel holder too close to commode, eventually fell off wall. Tub too high to step in with bottom slick. Drawers in bathroom vanity will not stay shut when one drawer was opened. Bed too close to wall to walk to exterior side of room without tripping on dust ruffle or cane slipping. Furnace too loud it made sleep difficult. Height of door thrust made difficulty in crossing with scooter. Could not change language on TV to English. There was no other media for news or music.

Needs some work

Its small, but clean. Its a little older, but you can tell some updates have been made. The kitch ceiling light didnt work. The light in the living room ceiling fan didnt work. The balcony door didnt close the whole way,, which was a little concerning since there was scaffolding at our section of the building. The listing says hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broken. A person who lives there told us it was down for 3 weeks and the pool isnt heated.

Disappointed

I was disappointed in the condition of the condo. The bathroom was very dated, needed work. The sliding glass door to the patio was broken, the bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder was broken as well.
