This modern home is less than 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from some of Utah's best mountains. Enjoy your own Kitchen as well as a furnished workspace. King size bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. This is a connected basement apartment there is private entry. Just an FYI there is one driveway parking spot but plenty of parking on the sidewalks.

A King Size Bed in the bedroom along with 2 couches an air mattress and an office with use of monitors for woking purposes. Inside the office there is an additional sofa bed for an extra sleeping guest. All the coffee you need and enjoy Ice cream on a hot day and popcorn to watch movies.
