Our stay was a last-minute change after our planned trip to Kauai was cancelled due to the hurricane. Roxann was quick to respond and had great communication throughout the process.What a great find! The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great patio and beautifully manicured grounds. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the Wailea walking path. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The location very walkable access to shopping centers. restaurants and beaches.We would take long walks in the mornings with easy access to the paved paths by the beaches and hotels and walk back on the sidewalks in the shade.The swimming pool was great it has a low chlorine content the workout well as I am allergic to chlorine and was able enjoy the pool without any problems. The pool location and area and accommodations were clean and nice. The condo was very clean comfortable and well-furnished having 2 bathrooms was a define plus,We enjoyed the mornings and evenings outside on the patio areas they were very nice and well furnished. We would recommend this condo for location accommodations and comfort.

Fantastic Place and Location

Maui is a great place and this property was awesome. Literally a block or so to the beach, close to shopping and golf. Awesome outdoor patio and grill. I highly recommend the property and I will be back!

we love the palms and this unit was very comfortable (couch, bed, outdoor furniture), very well stocked kitchen and lots of beach and snorkel supplies! would definitely stay here again. and had excellent communication with Roxann the owner.

Great condo in the best location in Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect & so beautiful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet & had all the amenities we needed. The condo was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive to access other amazing beaches.We would stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the convenient location and that we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The complex has a nice pool too. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It even had beach towels, pool towels, and beach chairs for us to use! We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this apartment.

Maui Paradise

Always love going to Maui. The palms at Wailea is a great place. Condo was spacious and the large Lani and BBQ were a great outdoor space. Next time in Maui will look at renting this unit again. Host checked in several times to make sure everything was fine.

A Gem at the Palms

Roxann's condo at the Palms is an exceptional VRBO rental. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed in many condos in the Palms at Wailea and this was by far the best experience to date. Roxann is very communicative and delightful. I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Roxanne’s! She was very communicative, the condo was very clean, and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed having meals outside on the spacious lanai. The pool was super relaxing and we loved being just a short walk to the beach for evening sunsets! There is some mild road noise that can be heard from the lanai, it wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise! Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
