Close to beach but quiet

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean, modern and quiet. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Great deal on the parking compared to the prices everyone else was charging. Only negative was that housekeeping would usually miss a few things like empty tissue box, no coffee cups, didn't empty bathroom waste basket. Overall - highly recommend staying here.

Stay Far away!!!!

they suck you in with affordable price, but this place is more of a hassle than anything else. Checkin - our room wasn't available so we were upgraded for an additional charge even though we paid through vrbo! Parking - listing states $19 discounted rate - hotel charges $31 Room fridge and outlets were out daily! No engineers to fix when you get back to your room late at 9 pm - because your on vacation and trying to enjoy your stay! The constant worrying about what else can go wrong each day was a complete mess!!!!! DO NOT STAY Here!!!!! cheap price means quality will suffer!!!! as is very misleading!

Unfortunate Weekend

The elevators went down and we never were able to adjust the thermostat to work as it should. Elevators were repaired by the next morning, but that was unfortunate in a new hotel. Construction is ongoing surrounding the hotel on the beach side, so eventually there will be no view there. Amenities are excellent, pool and rooftops.
