We met our sons and their families at this house over the weekend 6/24 to 6/26/2026 for an end of summer get together. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a garage conversion, and although it smelled musty, it certainly didn't stop the boys (old and young) from enjoying competition on air hockey and billiards. The pool was large and the boys played for hours in it. I didn't realize the hottub and sauna were out of order, but someone in the group said they saw it on the site. It wasn't a big deal, just think it should be taken off of property description if it isn't offered. Overall, a very nice stay.

Thank you for the lovely review and for gathering your family with us! We're so glad the layout, the stocked kitchen and the pool made for a great end-of-summer weekend. We appreciate the honest notes on the game room and the hot tub and sauna — we've refreshed the game room and are keeping the listing details current so expectations always match what's available. We'd love to host the whole crew again.

I have mixed feelings about this house. The check in process and communication with the hose was seamless. The pool area was lovely and comfortable but the house had no pool towels or pool accessories (tubes, noodles, etc.). The living area was spacious but the furniture was old and some chairs were unsafe to sit on. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The house general felt old with shoddy renevations. I could recommend this house if the price was lower, but as it is, it is not worth the money.

Super clean, very responsive

We spent Labor Day weekend here with my 13 YO and two of her friends. They loved the pool, the bunk room, and lived in the game room when they were inside. This house may be the cleanest VRBO we’ve rented ever and the host was immediately available whenever we had a question. Close to Grandscape and shopping in Frisco. Plenty to do at the house when we were there.
