Anastasia by the Sea Unit 212H is at Anastasia by the Sea is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 2nd floor. Enjoy a good night's rest in one of the new King and Queen beds. Less than 500 steps to the beach, St. Augustine pier, great restaurants, shopping and more. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen (dishes/cutlery for 8+), two new HD smart TV's (70-inch Smart TV in living room) and washer/dryer. Anastasia by the Sea offers a community pool and clubhouse.

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Awesome Place!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was as shown and advertised. I have to send out a HUGE shout out to Jamie with Sovereign Jacob’s. We had a problem getting into the unit when we checked in. Apparently the battery was down in the lock. We called and within 5 minutes literally, she was there to help. She apologized profusely for the problem. It was just a minor issue but she still apologized. The pool was wonderful as everything else was. We will definitely be back!
