This home worked great for my family (2 adults & 2 kids under 10). There was a laundry room with supplies provided which was very helpful! The bathrooms were spacious enough to give a bath & help a kid get dressed with 2 parents in at the same time! (We could have used more toilet paper & kleenex but a quick Target run solved that problem.) 10 minutes to most places we needed- groceries or fast food. Easy to get to Portland or other suburbs from this home. My kids loved the little "lobby" area upstairs with the desk & small couch. They also loved the bedroom with 2 beds-- they each got their own sleeping space but could share a room which helped us parents get better sleep!

We filled the house with love for two days.The kitchen has everything we needed to make a big family breakfast. Our stay was comfortable and the home was cute. The quality of the experience did not meet our expectations with communication, hospitality or condition of the home. Some things could be improved for the guest experience to feel well hosted, but overall we enjoyed being in a house over a hotel for our weekend and appreciated the space which accommodated 5 of us well.

Check-in was easy, there was plenty of room to park for our 3 rental cars. The property is nice but not very well maintained. There was a hole in the wall, the fireplace is chipping so if you have pets or small children it’s a hazard. The washing machine leaks which I notified the owner with no response. The double bed room has exposed cable wires hanging out which again is a hazard for children and pets. The bedding was stained and the house smelled like weed when we arrived. In all it was an okay place to crash but did not match the clean image shown in the list photos.

This house was amazing. Everything we needed we had. It's centrally located from all the things we had planned. Some say it's loud due to traffic but we live in an area where we have fighter jets training over our house so this was nothing. We will be traveling and staying here again.

This home is located in a great location...only 20 minutes from PDX, and lots of stores and restaurants close by. It is nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The only drawback is it sits right next to a busy road, so the road traffic is loud at night, especially in the master bedroom.

Nice and comfy homedsd

We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained house with thoughtful touches and comfy beds. Checking in and out was very smooth and easy. We would recommend a few more cooking utensils, eating utensils, glasses, and pots/pans in the kitchen, but other than that everything was great!

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for our visit as we have family members nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Some of the bedrooms could use a few more lamps or lights and the kitchen could use another large skillet or two and some hand drying/dish drying towels and dish cloths, but we managed with a couple purchases and with what was available.

Nice but noisy

Over all nice stay. We had 5 adults and stayed 5 nights. Communication was great. House was clean on the inside and nicely decorated. House lacked maintenance inside and out. Kitchen could be stocked better, lacked kitchen towels, wash cloths and the pots and pans were too small for 5 adults. We needed to purchase toilet paper and paper towels because there was not enough left out as back up. Finally, the house backs up to a main road and traffic was very loud even with ear plugs.

Amy, the house is provided with minimums for the stay. Anything else a large group of people needs, is on you. Wash clothes are personal items, we do not provide due to hygiene. The kitchen has all the utensils/pots/pans everything and more. Just an unhappy camper due to shortage of toilet paper. hm.

family reunion

The house was more than adequate for all that we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for our needs. I would give this home 5 stars except for 2 things.....If you are mobility challenged as I am, the primary bedroom is located upstairs and the stairs are steep, and this home is located on a major road and you will get road noise into the home and early in the morning.

Beautiful and Spacious Home

For the six of us who stayed for 3 nights, this home had everything you need!! Including being able to park one car in the garage. All bedrooms were spacious and the 3 bathrooms really met the need for girls getting ready. For the kitchen you had most appliances and plenty of dishes. Very clean. If we return back to the area, I would defiantly rent again!! And the communication with owner was very timely! Thank you so much!!

Hazledell VRBO

Absolutely wonderful VRBO rental. Only problem was trying to figure out how the lockbox worked. Because there are so many different lockboxes, it would be helpful to include instructions. Lack of clarity re what day of the week for garbage pickup. Finally, no wash cloths. But still a place I would HIGHLY recommend.

Very clean property

I selected this home due to its proximity to my daughter's and son's houses, as we were all attending my daughter's wedding. I must say, it turned out to be an ideal choice for our stay. With comfortable beds for everyone and an ample number of bathrooms, it truly felt like a home away from home. The convenience of the location, being so close to my daughter's place, made commuting a breeze, which was especially helpful during the wedding preparations. Julia, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing all my inquiries and ensuring a smooth booking experience. I will definitely keep this home in mind for future bookings, should the need arise. Overall, our stay here contributed positively to our memorable experience during my daughter's wedding weekend.

We were a family of 6, stayed 5 nights. NEGATIVES: The bed in the Primary appeared to have been slept in. The fitted sheet was half off the mattress, the top sheet was bunched at the foot of the bed under the duvet, & throw blanket on top of the duvet had a large/old and crusty stain on it. The garbage & recycling bins were full to the top. Prior to checkout and per her request, I brought these issues up to the host. Her response, while timely, was unapologetic and left me feeling as though she didn't believe me. POSITIVES: Neighborhood was clean, safe, and a great location. Home tastefully decorated and spacious. Very convenient amenities: massage chair, laundry soap, condiments & spices, shampoo. Comfy beds! WISH LIST: A)White towels: makes sense why makeup remover was provided. However, there were only 3 pieces of cotton provided; we stayed 5 nights. B)A clock in each bedroom would be a nice touch. C)Luggage rack or something similar to set your suitcase on. D)Host inspection after every check out to ensure the home is ready for the next renters. E) Pot holders & Trivets. Could have used kitchen towels, but there are none. F) Note regarding aforementioned amenities & toilet tissue and how hardly any is provided. The home accommodates 8 people, but no way is it enough toilet tissue for more than a couple of days. People appreciate being prepared. Would have stayed again, if response to issues reported were handled better. Things happen, but how you respond matters.
