Cute, Great Location but Really Smoky

This property is cute, clean and well appointed. The location is great for a Knoxville visit, with easy rides to and from campus by Uber (too far to walk). Unfortunately, however, this is NOT a non-smoking residence. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming from the moment we opened the front door. We would not have booked it, knowing it was going to smell so strongly of cigarette smoke, which made it very uncomfortable. If it weren't for the inaccuracy of the "non smoking" description, I would have given it a 5-star review all the way around. Either way, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great spot to stay in South Knoxville

We had a fantastic time staying here. We could ride our bikes from the house to all the trails at Bakers Creek. Walk to restaurants in South Knoxville. What a perfect location. Host were very responsive with a few questions we had. Plus, we loved there art!
