Condo was clean, stocked, and as listed. No complaints- but perhaps a couple of helpful tips for next guests. - The bedrooms are HOT. With it being July and Florida heat and humidity on the top floor, this is to be expected. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Just bring a fan and you will be fine. - The on floor washer and dryer costs 2.50 per load to wash and 2.50 to dry. The dryer DOES NOT dry well, and you have to run about 3 cycles to get your clothes dry at a total cost of 7.50. This is an independent service and of no relation to the condo owners. - Overall, everything was just as listed. Again, these aren’t complaints, just helpful info for next guests.

I called property management company the day after check in and spoke to Justin -reported one small skillet, only couple small sauce pans, no potholders and no spatula. I also said curtain in living room did not cover sliding glass door and our child was on pull out couch. I was told he would put in maintenance request and get it to us. Nothing. I also responded to a text by management company with everything above. They said “thank you for letting us know”706 compared to other condos was extremely disappointing. Desperately needs new paint and interior updates. No bed skirts in guest room and exposed box springs that was stained.Refrigerator temp dial is also missing and everything in it froze. We will not book thru rental company again. Thankful we had other families in adjacent condo to “borrow” from

Great location and great view

The place was wonderful. Be sure you understand exactly which code is for the front gate, the room, and the gate to the beach. And bring a clothes pin if you want to close the curtains. We would stay here again.

The location was great. The beach wasn't crowded at all the week we were there which we loved. Really family friendly and lovely. But we were really disappointed in the cleanliness of everything. The rugs were filthy. I know in high traffic areas nothing is going to be spotless. But this was really bad.They were actually completely disgusting - the one in the primary bedroom was especially gross. It even smelled bad. The curtains in the living room were also very dirty and didn't close properly or even cover the entire window - they were too small. They are not the curtains in the online photos. The shower heads in both bathrooms are really old and water doesn't flow out properly. So you have to angle your body awkwardly to rinse everything. I understand this is an older condo and nothing has to be perfect. But some small fixes would probably go a long way.

Good view of the ocean but apartment was okay

High floor apartment with nice view of the ocean. Furniture, kitchen stuff (pots, pans etc.) were okay. Kids mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Quilts were stained and dirty. Limited bathroom supplies, bring your own.
