We absolutely loved staying in this unit! The proximity to fun bars & restaurants literally across the street as well as the trolly were fabulous! And the fact that the building is literally on the beach was over the top wonderful ! Donna was great with prompt communication and very accommodating. We would definitely consider returning again ! Overall, Siesta Key is an absolutely amazing area. So many fun things to do and the area is very clean and tidy with respectful visitors. Thank you Siesta Key & all of Florida for being so awesome !!

We had a fantastic stay!! Especially loved the location as it was only a short walk to the powdery white sand and crystal clear water! Check-in and Check out was easy and the co do is located close to restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be booking again here!

Property owner super nice and excellent to communicate with. Instructions on opening and closing unit were very detailed and HOA requirements. The balcony had a sliver view of the ocean due to the buildings that were lower and higher to the left of it. Minor maintenance and cleaning issues in the bathroom kitchen brought two homeowners attention and were to be addressed upon departure and end of season deep cleaning and maintenance.We would’ve preferred some drapes in the bedrooms to sleep later on vacation.Be would’ve appreciated more of a beach view from the balcony and an easier opening patio door but overall the security getting up to the unit floors and around the pool were excellent along with easy access to the stairs . Elevator was about halfway down the length of the building and coming to the end of the hallway to the unit so it was a bit far.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the beach was beautiful. The trolley was convenient for going to the Village when we wanted. We are already looking forward to going back.

Great stay!

Enjoyed the location and easy access. Pool was great. Beach chairs(2)provided. Only bummer was no view of the water from balcony. We are booked for next year!
