VITAMIN SEA! Plantation! This beach access home is a short walk to the beach. First floor has an open concept. The living room has cozy seating, making for a great conversation space. There are two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a covered deck. Upstairs there's a loft area with sleeper sofa, built in bunk beds and a separate bedroom for children. Upstairs is the Master Suite deck. There is a private pool and propane grill, as well as a screened outdoor space with a hammock. SGI voted #1 beach in 2023!
Weekly rentals are allowed to start on any day of the week based on availability.
Monthly stay discounts available. The pool may be heated for an extra fee.

I am a remote host available between 9 am and 8 pm every day.
The Plantation is a gated community on the west end of the island and is known for amazing sunsets. Please note the Plantation requires a separate mandatory rental agreement be signed by all guests in order to gain guard shack entrance and resort amenities. You will receive a separate email to electronically sign the agreement via DocuSign.
You will need a car. Golf carts are not allowed in the Plantation. No boats, RVs or trailers allowed. Parking for 3 cars and perhaps more if you park nose to tail.
We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi) before your booking can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If !you opt for the damage deposit, Truvi will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees.
We have pest control monthly, but being Florida cannot guarantee that you won’t encounter palmetto bugs or other creatures such as lizards inside. No refunds or discounts ate given for creatures inside.
If you notify us of a problem doing your stay we will do everything to fix it promptly. You explicitly agree to give us access to correct any issues.
The house has 2 Ring cameras, one facing the back door and one facing the front door. Both are to protect the security of both the host and guests. The front door does not record any portion of the pool, so the guest is solely responsible for pool safety. Neither camera may be covered or disabled by the guest.
If you are traveling during hurricane season, travel insurance is highly recommended. The host does not offer refunds or discounts due to weather.

The property was great and close to the beach. We had everything that we needed and had a great time. Carrie went above and beyond to get us checked in when we had an issue with some emails!
We loved this house! Lots of beds. Lots of space. The house was probably the cleanest rental I ever been in and very well stocked. The location was great. I especially loved the downstairs screened area. Would stay again.
House was very nice! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would possibly need. Loved the two washer and dryers. Only wished the house was closer to the beach. There was a shortcut down a path to the beach but in areas it was a little grown up but not on the owners property. I would definitely rent it again.
