• 1st Living Area: sofas and smart TV
• Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras - dining table, coffee bar, tea, hot chocolate, bakeware, crockpot, waffle maker, blender, pantry items, BBQ utensils and wine glasses
• 1st Outdoor Area: furnished wrap-around deck with porch swing, country rockers and picnic table. You’ll also find a private garden with a fire pit, hot tub and play area

• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon.
• You are welcome to park your cars and trailer on our driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street
• Please place all trash in the bins provided outside, If there is excessive garbage during a stay and requires an extra pick up, there will be a $100 charge for this service.
• There's a charcoal grill available outside near the picnic tables. The gas grill has been replaced for safety reasons.

Spring Break Cabin Getaway

Spent 4 nights in this large family cabin with all the extras! Hot tub, pool table, theater, and air hockey as well as a darling children’s area! We were thrilled with well kept cabin with superb amenities and so much room! We loved our trip and the owners were very responsive

Excellent New Years Retreat

We had a great time. Close to everything. Plenty of space and things for the kids to do such as the air hockey table, hot tub, and theater space. Thank you!

Perfect location and great for kids

Close enough to stores and the main attractions but on a quiet road with easy parking and a great playground and fire pit yard area. Very few complaints. We had a great stay.

Great time

We had a group of 15- 6 adults and 9 kids. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out and so much for the kids to do! We had a wonderful time!!

My family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. We had family of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was so beautifully decorated. Not to mention clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back to this cabin!

Family Reunion

We had an amazing time with a four generation family reunion. The layout of this house was perfect with five bedrooms and bathrooms. The little personal touches were amazing and we really hope to stay here again in the future. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions right away. You will not be disappointed with this house for your vacation stay.

Women of Joy

Beautiful location. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great game and theater room. Kitchen nicely overstocked. Cabin beautifully decorated with mountain and Christian theme. Loved the wrap around decks. Great coffee bar. The Bible’s were a special and welcomed surprise. Location of laundry room was not ideal due to going through a bedroom, but not a major concern. Would love to stay there again on our next trip.

Family Reunion

Beautiful location (quiet road with gorgeous view of the sunrise!), clean, lots of activity options in the home and within 45 minute drive, kitchen had several appliances (we brought a crockpot and waffle iron but didn’t need to as they were already available!), 11 adults were able to squeeze around the kitchen table for meals! We had a wonderful week and are grateful to the hosts!

We had such a great time!!!!! The cabin was BEAUTIFUL! We had a total of 6 adults and 6 children. The children had a great time in the game room and the loft. The cabin was very accommodating and had everything we could've ever asked for. We will definitely be back!

Great for Large Family & All Ages

My extended family with 15 people ages 3 to 77 had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having a playground right next to the cabin was wonderful for the younger kids. You feel secluded, but you are close to shops in Sevierville and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We had a problem with the original door code, but customer service was able to change it right away. Highly recommended!

50th Wedding Anniversary Family Gathering

The property was in great shape, clean, well organized, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have fun. The grand children and adults had fun with the various games in the cabin. There was enough room for people to sleep and either gather and talk or go off on their own to be quiet and not be bothered by those who talked. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were more than enough activities in nearby towns so that everyone could do some activity they were interested in. At the end of our time all of us agreed that we need to do this again. The only problem we had was that my wife and I are not tech savy, so we had problems understanding and completing the on-line reservation information, especially the pictures. After a few phone calls, all was straightened out and we were able to complete all the required information and pictures. Did have some minor difficulty communicating with the customer service reps due a language/culture differences.

Retirement Celebration

When my husband and I arrived at Mountain Breeze, we couldn't wait to go inside! We thought if the inside looked anything like the outside of the cabin, we were in for a real treat, and we were. The interior of the cabin is charming! The open living room, dining room, and kitchen are beautifully furnished. I knew my family would enjoy being able to visit with each other while some cooked, some played cards or games, or others watched television. I also loved the location of the bedrooms and that each had its own bathroom and televison. If anyone wanted alone time, then the bedrooms would offer time away from the hustle and bustle of too much togetherness. The game rooms were phenomenal! With 13 people staying in the same cabin, I knew my family would enjoy playing pool, foosball, and air hockey. I personally would enjoy the rockers on the porches, the recliners in the upstairs gameroom, or my bedroom to read or talk with my children or grandchildren. When everyone arrived, each loved the cabin as much as I did. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Unsatisfactory Communication

When we arrived the TVs did not work, the upstairs couch was broken, the foosball table was broken, the air hockey table was broken. Also, the cleanliness was less than desirable. All of the windowsills had dead flies in them and there was a lot of dust and just misc. things that one would not think would be left undone. The coffee pots had used filter/ and a pod in it. After trying a few hours to call, I finally had to email the host and we do not have our emails pushed to our phones while on vacation. The TVS were not fixed until day 2 and the air hockey and foosball and couch were never addressed (except for asking for pictures of the couch after I had clearly asked more than once for someone to call me - Idid not even see the email until our return trip home).

Our kids and their families were able to go on this trip. My husband and I were unable because of an accident. My family enjoyed the place. They did have issues with the internet and hot tub but they were ok with no internet. They didnt use hot tub because it kept on throwing a breaker. They loved the different floors that made it possible to spread out. The grandkids enjoyed the basement.

Nice place!

The place was easy to find, clean, and has nice views of the mountains. If staying with a little one, pack your own baby gates. There were three in the main floor closet, but only one was big enough to fit the stairwell and it was broken; we ended up having to position chairs and tables around the stairs. Other than that, it was entirely pleasant.

Great family getaway

This place offered everything we needed for all ages. The kids loved the game room. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the outside area with playground and place for a fire. We would definitely come back here again!

Excellent stay and accommodations!!

We had a fantastic stay in this cabin for our family vacation. It was out of the busy traffic but still about 10 minutes from town. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!!

Insufficient hot water when all restrooms were in use. However, the overall experience was wonderful. Instead of multiple separate living areas, a large communal space for guests to gather would be preferable.

Family of 14

Me and our family of 14 stayed Monday through Friday. The place was really nice. It fit us all well. There is so much to do. We were never in the house. I would definitely go back!! If there was a problem they would answer within 5 minutes.

Great Family Fun Getaway

Cabin had lots of space, games, kitchen ware, and nic e view of the mountains. When we first arrived, the air conditioner wasn't working on the main floor. I called that afternoon and the next morning. Someone came and fixed it that day. I was disappointed that the owner did not fix prior to renting, however they did refund us $200. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The kids and young adults loved the pool table, skeet game, arcade game, and theater room.
