From the moment we arrived and walked in the door, we were impressed. Beautiful home! Wonderful accommodations! Plenty of parking! We loved the hot tub! The game room was a fave for the whole family. Doug was super communicative. Our family of 17 had an awesome time and created beautiful memories!!

The house is great for a large party or multiple families. Very convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. House was very clean and all beds were comfortable. Doug the owner or manager was as very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a party of 7 adults. Everything was as great as it says. The game room was fantastic. We had all adults and 2 stayed over there like they had their own apartment. Having the kitchen area in there was a big plus. The cabin itself was great. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out or gather together. The only issue we had was figuring out the automatic door locks, but having the key lockbox helped. We all enjoyed our mini vacation and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend and we will stay again sometime. Doug was great answering all my questions promptly and giving us plenty of recommendations. Amazing host, Thank you Doug!!

The home was perfect. We had 8 adults. There was plenty of room. Great spaces to sit around and enjoy each other other’s company, but there were also a lot of places to enjoy quiet time. Hot tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor deck space and plenty of games. Great for a family or a good-sized group. We loved it and planned to head back again next year.

Unfortunately there were a few issues which detracted from the overall score. Neither the cabin or the game room were available at the posted check-in time(2 hour wait for the game room bldg.) The other major issue was a leak in the downstairs area floor. While not substantial, it was a major irritant we had to deal with during our entire stay. Otherwise, we weresatisfied with the property/owner.

I somewhat expected a negative review. It is a good sign when someone calls before check-in to complain that cleaners are still working on the cabin. I agree regarding the water issue that we initially thought was a leak. We did everything we could during the stay, including returning some money for the inconvenience, It was after the stay I discovered the issue was a failed condensate pump on the HVAC unit that the safety was not properly connected. The condensate pump has now been replaced (as well as new gutters and gutter guards).

This place was perfect for 11 of us and one dog. Plenty of room, everyone had their own space. Really enjoyed the game rm and short drive to area attractions

This house is exactly as it is advertised!! Very spacious, great layout for large groups. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a long stay. We stayed 7 nights and would definitely stay again. The separate game room for the teens and kids to stay in was perfect!! Could not even make any recommendations to make it any better. Our stay was perfect. And it's in a great location, close enough to everything to make it a reasonable drive and far enough out to have peace and quiet at the house. Highly recommend. Check in process was easy and host was easy to communicate with. We had no problem with anything. House was very clean.
