Please clean up excessive pet hair if your pet is shedding. All pets must be leashed at all times while outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be requested to be reimbursed by the guest. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Womans retreat

A group of ladies (16) came to go to a conferences at the lecante center. Easy access to find the home, parking was good for up to 5 cars. House was clean. Beds felt good.Front porch rocking , and hot tub conversations were good!

We loved the property!

The cabin was just as advertised. It was roomy, well-stocked, and it was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. It was clean and well-maintained. Would stay there again.

Gatlinburg Cabin

Was in a great location, close to town. Very convenient and nice amenities. We had quite a few things not functioning properly when we checked in but the property management group came by quickly to fix them. Plenty of space for a big group.

Wonderful stay away from GBurg

If you want to stay in an awesome cabin without dealing with as much GBurg traffic this is the place. It has the biggest sectional I’ve ever seen!

You will not be disappointed with this place! Great location, perfect if you have an extended family trip. All of the kids loved having a big screen for family movie and time, having all the games to play in the basement, and of course no one can complain about being able to soak in the hot tub after a day full of activities. If we come back out this way, we will be looking to stay here again.

We took our children, their families and our parents and it was perfect. Lots of space and things to do. Very comfortable and cozy. Great furniture and beds slept great! Out of the mist of the hustle which made it easy to get where you were going. Will stay there again!

Thanksgiving in the Smokies

Our stay was wonderful and we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble with one of the tv’s connecting to internet and the propane ran out for the grills. We reached out to the management company and they came and took care of us. It was such a refreshing experience to have such constant contact with the management team! Customer service and communication receives 10 stars! Thank you for helping make our families holiday memorable!

Melinda the owner was great to deal with and very responsive. When we arrived we noticed the floor was very dirty and the bathrooms had mold. I sent Melinda a picture of the mold, and she said she would get the cleaners out again. We were staying there only 2 nights, so I told her no need because we had 4 families with us. I am not even sure if the cleaners really clean or not before we got there, but we were still get charged for cleaning. We also had to vacuum every room.

House feature: 5 stars: Fast Wifi, high tech entertainment, bathroom in each bedroom, bunk room in lower level is perfect to fit all the kids (the bunk room is my favorite feature and main reason for I picked this house). Owner - Very responsive and willing to accommodate, takes care of most problems Minor negatives: -Since the location is not high enough on the mountain, view is not nearly as good as the ones in Pigeon Forge, 50% blocked by other houses -It doesn't include some consumable items such as trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Although minor, but annoying. my suggestion is to include those and factor them in the rental price, most people would not even notice and would had a much better experience.

The dirtiest property we have ever stayed in!

First we cleaned the spilled food up that was left in the refrigerator. Opened the kitchen drawers to find more old spilled food. After walking around in our bare feet we realized our feet were black! At this point we called the management and they sent out the cleaning lady. She grudging wanted to know what we wanted cleaned. We asked her to please clean the floors. She proceeded to spray something on them and quickly wipe over them with a dirty dry mop. After she left we went and brought a swifter mop and cleaned them ourselves. Just in case your hungry just lift the couch cushions you can find an assortment of popcorn or cheese crackers! Dont forget the wonderful grills and smoker they have available for your use. Now since we stayed one is actually clean enough to use! We also had to clean the shower and toilets in the rooms we used. Before we left I checked under the beds to make sure the kids didn’t leave any toys. That’s where they keep all the extra dog hair and dust bunnies! Obviously cleaning under beds is also not on the list that the cleaning people take care of! In a word NEVER AGAIN!!! If the manager has issues with this review, I have pictures.

UT Graduation

We were a large group of family members in town for the University of Tennessee graduation. Home accommodated all of us comfortably. Hot tub pool table and air hockey was wonderful entertainment. Loved the porches and all the rocking chairs.

Wonderful getaway
