This is an American Caribbean area where you will find all nationalities which makes you feel at home. Today this area is called "Little Caribbean" which is no surprise. They could not have picked a better name.
Why they chose this property
This property is a home away from home along with the feel of New York. The apartment was designed with the feel of New York. Displaying pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the Empire State Building just to list a few.
What makes this property unique
This is the East Flatbush area of Brooklyn, Also known as "Little Caribbean". The area is mostly a Caribbean, American neighborhood. It is within walking distance of lots of take-out restaurants serving American, Caribbean, Chinese, and Italian food. You can take a bus or Uber to Flatbush Junction where you will find shopping and popular restaurants such as Italian Food, Applebees Grill, Bake, and Things, Picky Eaters, and much more.
