Peaceful and cozy resting on acres of space and tranquility. You will enjoy shooting stars at night and a pasture view while sipping on your coffee in the morning. Enjoy your space, your silence, and your privacy in this luxurious home. This is a 3 bedrooms home waiting for you with all necessary that you may need for your stay. Bedrooms have sheets and blankets, and more, + extra pillows from soft to firm. Bathrooms also are fully equipped with towels and all the necessary. The kitchen has it all, from crockpot to toaster, and cheese fondue. You like playing golf? We do have a second that is located on a golf course, and its golf membership can be transferred to you at the cost of $300 for a month, payable to the country club of Stoneybrook.

Family Vacation 2024

Mike and Denise were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with tons of stuff to do. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants, this house was great for our family of four plus our family dog. Doggie daycare was just down the street where our pup could play while we were at the beach. We would definitely stay at this house again if we vacation in Sarasota again!!!!

Just amazing

This house by far was one of the best homes we have stayed at with VRBO. The house is perfectly located for stores, shopping, restaurants, beaches, and parks. Its has an extremely well-equipped kitchen and is beautifully and tastefully renovated with gorgeous upgrades. The landscaping around the house is phenomenal and the pool area is perfect with it being screened in. It is true country feeling in the city with all the land. Not only would we stay gere again but would recommend it to everyone. The owner Mike was fantastic and so pleasant to meet. You will love it !!!

Very nice vacation in a beautiful house

We were able to spend 2 weeks in Mike and Denise's house. My wife is dependent on a wheelchair (paralyzed). Mike built extra ramps for the pool area and access from the garage! She was able to move around the house independently. The shower in the master bath is large enough for her to use (with a shower chair she brought herself). The pool is large. The children spent many hours in it. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the owner was very friendly and pleasant Many thanks to Mike and Denise for the friendly welcome.

The pictures don’t do justice to this amazing home! What a treasure! We loved spending time in the huge lanai area watching the kids swim in the heated pool, we all enjoyed the hot tub so much! This beautiful house is so spacious, the kitchen is huge, stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had so much fun cooking in this gourmet kitchen and no one was in anyone’s way! The master bath is like being in a resort spa! Enormous Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower with 2 rain showers! The house has 3 full baths, no waiting for a shower for anyone! We loved that the Master Suite is on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side, great privacy for mom and dad! All the beds were so comfortable! The master closet is so big we put the air mattress in there for my little one and he had his own space too! The house has super-fast WiFi, great A.C., the smart TV in the living room is massive, and we enjoyed the Roku TV in the master BR. The LR furniture is so comfortable. There are so many upgrades and amazing features in this home, so much fun! The private lot was incredible! So peaceful and serene, no worrying about noisy neighbors, and the location of this home is central to everything. And finally, I can’t say enough about the amazing hosts!! Denise and Mike are the best!! They will take such good care of you! I really can’t recommend this house or these lovely hosts enough.
