Brickell

Check in was ok no instructions on how to access the floor of the unit (needed a fob). At the last minute(10min before check in) I was instructed to download an app to access the unit, the information could have been given to us earlier. No instructions on how to use the TV it appeared that the cable was not connected sent a message to the property manager and I was told to stream but it couldn’t be done on the living room TV. No instructions for check out. I would not stay at this VRBO property again, very disappointing.
