LIVING AREA
Featuring recently refreshed furniture and a calm coastal décor, the couch and two armchairs provide plenty of seating for five! Catch your favorite TV show or the latest football game on the flat-screen smart TV and enjoy chatting with your family while they prepare dinner in the open concept kitchen located just near the living room. The living room features access to the balcony. The couch also pulls out to reveal a sleeper sofa with room for two adults.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create a gourmet meal or grab a quick cup of coffee and a warm muffin; you'll enjoy utilizing this fully equipped kitchen open to the living and dining area. Don't miss out on the games and movies the kids are enjoying! You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils to create just about any meal! When it's time to dine, you'll find seating for four at the kitchen bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo sleeps 8 comfortably - up to 6 adults due to bunk bed limitations.
Escape to the primary suite as you wind down for the day. The master bedroom features a beautiful king size bed, ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom!
The second bedroom loft boasts a queen-size bed and direct access to the top floor private balcony. This bedroom also contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed for the kids!
A half bathroom is accessible from the hallway near the primary bedroom.
The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults!
CONDO AMENITIES
This condo contains a stackable washer and dryer, perfect for washing away the sand you're your swimsuits after a day at the beach! A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
This family friendly community offers a true laid-back resort feel with lots of amenities for everyone in your group to enjoy. You'll be just steps to the community pool and in one of the closest buildings to the beach access. You're sure to enjoy a game of pool at the clubhouse after an afternoon of fun in the sun and with a fitness center onsite, you won't miss any of your daily workouts. Other amenities include four pools (one heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, hot tub, mini golf, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits and a basketball court! Just remember to bring your running shoes and your golf balls! Step out onto one of your two private balconies, either from the living room or the loft bedroom. The first balcony features outdoor seating for four and the top floor balcony features seating for two.
PARKING
Upon arrival, make sure to pick up your parking passes and armbands at either the Association Office or Security Office. Each armband costs $20.00 - required for ages 5 and up. Each parking pass costs $25 with a maximum of two allowed per condo. Guests can purchase these in advance using a link provided by us. Additional fees apply for reservations over 6 months and for trailer parking. Be sure to inquire with us if your reservation includes either of these.
THE AREA
This fantastic west end resort ensures close access to the soft, white sandy beaches of PCB, convenient access to grocery stores, and just a short drive to local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and Shipwreck Island. Be sure to check out some of the local's favorite eateries including Salty Sue's, Mike's Café & Oyster Bar, The Sandbar, or a quick bite at Coconut's. Be sure to visit Thomas's Donuts and Ice Cream; don't get discouraged by the lines – it's worth the wait!
If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of fun things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Only I will say was wrong is make sure under the beds get cleans and a few maintenance with beds but I enjoyed the location perfect place is spacious love the view to the pool price was definitely a plus and love the owner response time and helpfulness couldn’t ask more even though we had issues out of there control management is on point will be back

Dirty upon arrival and management company was rude and unresponsive
Upon arrival we contacted the mgt company and made them aware of the lack of cleanliness. We also sent images of broken items like the stove top (a huge crack on the surface), broken door on microwave (crack at bottom of the door), and the refrigerator was missing a handle, and the door shelves were broken. The mgt company sent a cleaning crew to "touch up" at 9pm on the day of our arrival. We made them aware of the dirty condition of the space by 5pm.
The location and walk to the beach were as advertised and the time would have been very pleasant if not for the rude and unprofessional interactions with the mgt company. They only communicated through txt and then stopped all together. The mgt company never acknowledge our complaints about the broken appliances.
Lastly, the amenities were not as advertised. The gym looks amazing, but it was not open, and we were told it has not been open for some time for renovations. This update was not included in any communication with the property owner or mgt company. The gym was one of amenities we leveraged to help us decide on the location for our vacation.
In short, the mgt company and on-line description misled us and made our time in FL way less enjoyable than it should have been.

Thank you for your review. This guest stayed with us for 7 nights. On his arrival date, we received a message from Rod. He stated there were cleanliness complaints and proceeded to pull back the couch to find a drink wrapper. He also sent over some dust on top of the fridge. We apologized for the issues and immediately responded stating "We can send over a housekeeper to touch up any issues you find necessary" Rod and his wife agreed to this and we contacted our housekeeping team to meet them at the property. The housekeeper arrived at 9:00PM and was met by Rod and his Wife. They told the housekeeper to leave and did not want any sort of cleaning done. The next day Rod's wife joined in on the text conversation. She was extremely rude to our team and kept demanding compensation and stating all of the cleanliness issues with the property. We followed up to her concerns and told her we sent a housekeeper out and you declined her offer to fix all of the problems you listed. We tried to help this guest during their reservation and they declined the help once it was at their condo door. Regarding, the appliances. All of the issues listed by the guest have been resolved after their departure. We apologized for the gym being closed as our team was not made aware of the renovations by the complex. Once again, we tried to resolve his cleanliness issues which by their text was the biggest issue they had with the condo and once it being resolved they declined the help.
