Our newly renovated home in Logan Heights is the perfect spot to enjoy a fabulous San Diego getaway! The location is centrally located 5 minutes from downtown and right by great coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoy the naturally lit Mexicali design, private entrance, and private outdoor space!

BEDROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms uniquely themed and designed based on the Loteria board game. (Mexican Bingo)



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a spacious floor plan, so if you're hungry or looking to relax, you can eat at the live edge dining table or unwind on the genuine leather sofa. The TV has Roku and is in Guest Mode, so you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts that will automatically log out at checkout. Plenty of seating to spread out and relax!



THE KITCHEN:

Our brand-new kitchen is charming with everything you need to cook delicious meals including a make-your-own taco recipe book. With a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, cooking at home has never been more convenient!



The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, reusable filters, ground coffee, and tea. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Private outdoor space with a propane fire pit, lounge, and big outdoor dining table for you to enjoy!



PARTIES:

No parties are permitted.



PETS:

Doggos welcome! Just let us know prior.



LAUNDRY:

The unit has its own free washer and dryer for your use.



MISC:

The lot has 2 units on it. The rear unit is also an Airbnb. Also, the 2nd floor has lower ceilings.

Guest Access:

Logan Heights is a charming residential neighborhood with a strong Hispanic heritage, conveniently located near the lively Barrio Logan. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Barrio Logan, home to the world's largest collection of Chicano murals. Explore local breweries and savor authentic Mexican street food, all within easy reach of the property.



Getting Around:

Getting around San Diego is a breeze from our location! You're just a short drive from major highways, with the 5 freeway a mere 2 blocks away and the 15 freeway just 0.5 miles. Public transportation options are readily available, and the airport is conveniently close. For those preferring ride-sharing services, most attractions are less than a $10 Uber ride away.



Key destinations like Downtown (1.2 miles), the Convention Center (2.2 miles), Little Italy (3.3 miles), the Airport (4.8 miles), and Coronado Beach (5.0 miles) are easily accessible.



Other Things to Note:

2nd floor was an attic converted into 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Room entry heights are 6'2" and max ceiling heights are 6'5".



If you are a tall person above 6' you may want to consider staying in the bottom floor room. Upstairs is more of a cozy and unique space.
