The pictures of the house should be updated to recent ones. The property for the most part was clean, could have had more towels and washcloths available. The host was very nice and responsive! House is only about 12 minute drive to the battery even in braves traffic which is great. Overall good stay.

Braves Baseball Weekend.

Great host, clean property with a 10 minute or less commute to grocery, restaurants and Truist Park. The home had everything we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. Hope to stay at Rico’s place again when returning to GA.

Great stay!

Rico’s house was perfect for my teens and I while we were in the area for a baseball tournament. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and easy access to everything we needed. The living space was quaint and roomy for the three of us but all 5 of my family could have easily been comfortable there. We enjoyed Rico’s house!

Fun and very nice house!

I had a small surprise party here and I can say I had a very pleasant stay afterwards. The pictures definitely make the house look great but it’s somehow even better in real life! The host was very attentive and he answered every question to the best of his abilities. Definitely recommend and would 100% book again!

This house is in a nice location and a good price. Provided a grill that was convenient. Styled nicely. BUT a few things need to be improved: The front of the house was overgrown with Virginia creeper weeds all over the house, looked abandoned. The refrigerator has no shelves, just tack everything on top of each other? One towel per bed, with six visitors and four towels and washcloths, is not enough. The master bath shower has a significant constant leak that needs to be repaired.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! Since your stay, I have made the necessary repairs to the master bathroom, updated the refrigerator, and resumed regular lawn maintenance. Unfortunately, occasional issues can arise during a guest’s stay, and I appreciate your patience and understanding while these repairs were addressed. I’m committed to continually improving the property and providing a better experience for my guests. I hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Excellent location!

This was home was VERY easy to find and conveniently located near Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves! Everything was very clean and the floor plan worked great for us. Our group was made up of 60-ish year old college buddies including a friend with a handicap. The walk-in shower only had a small tile lip and the homeowner provided us with a shower chair. This accommodation helped us choose this VRBO home & we're very glad we did. We would definitely stay here again!
