Key largo Getaway with Boat Ramp Access - Walking distance from pool!
Enjoy your own private two rooms in this large trailer. The bunk bed room can sleep 4 comfortably and has a small half bath with toilet and sink. Main bathroom with shower is located next to Master Bedroom.
*THREE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS INSIDE BRAND NEW!!!
Full functional kitchen. Only been used a few times as trailer is brand new.
WIFI access for all.
Lounging chairs and hammocks are available for public use only a few walking steps from the trailer.
Convenient walking distance to public pool is available to all and has additional showers at no cost
Steps away from basketball court & kids park
FREE BOAT RAMP & PARKING BOATS CANNOT EXCEED 40' X 9'
*Paddleboards and Kayaks can be rented in the Clubhouse association
**GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED IN LISTING
*Laundry Room can be found by Pool House
No pets please as per policy of association they are strict with pets and may refuse entry
Some weekends you can enjoy a foodtruck by the pool with delicious food options, ice can be bought at the clubhouse or by security entry point.
Less than 15-minute drive to the famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park for snorkeling, beach relaxation, hiking trails, and more.
Less than 2 miles away there is a shopping plaza with a super market and a ton of fast food such as Mcdonalds and Starbucks.
25 minute drive to Theater of the Sea which is great to meet and swim with dolphins.
Tons of fabulous seafood restaurants and bars nearby. We recommend Sundowners and Snapper Waterfront Restaurant and Saloon.

REFUNDABLE $250 MAY BE ASKED ON A CREDIT CARD BY THE ASSOCIATION FOR DAMAGES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE LET INTO THE TRAILER PARK
