Come stay at our brand new 3 BR/3 Bathroom townhome. Our unit is family friendly, and has a fenced in patio with beautiful sunset views. The townhome is very centrally located and walking distance to sand hollow aquatic center which is fun for the whole family.

Come enjoy this brand new large (1,833 sq ft) townhouse located in the new community of Heritage Pointe. It is centrally located to many excursions. You will want to enjoy all the local favorites in George such as Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn Amphitheatre and so much more.

The Heritage Pointe pool is heated year round. Hours: 6A-10P (Sun-Thu) 6A-Midnight (Fri/Sat). Please follow the rules posted by the front door. Use key fob by front door to get in gate. This bright and charming 3 bedroom townhouse offers you the comforts of home as well as stunning views out the windows. It has a 2 car attached garage available for you to park in.

Across the street is Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide and lots of interactive water toys for kids. They have reasonable day passes you can purchase at resident rates.

Modern Home with all amenities

The house is very modern and well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds and the third had 1 queen size. TV's in all bedrooms plus 1 in living room and 1 in the loft. Everyone has their own space.

Delightful stay

We were in Southern Utah for a soccer tournament and brought grandma with us! This place was perfect for all of us. It was brand new and very clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. At first we thought Santa Clara would be to far away, but it was super easy to get to my daughter’s games from here. The only problem is that it is too nice and will always be booked when we want to stay here again.
