New to VRBO! Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo in North Scottsdale! This penthouse style condo is on the 3rd floor, with no neighbors to either side. Enjoy the stunning mountain views from the private balcony! The condo has been recently remodeled and has a walk in shower and an updated kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of seating for you and your guest, plus comfy beds for the everybody. The Condo is located just steps from the pool and hot tub. Full sized washer and dryer are inside the unit. High speed internet allows you to stream your favorite programs, plus we offer basic cable in the living/master bedroom. The one car garage is large enough for a midsized car and we also have one additional parking space for lager vehicles. The condo is centrally located to major golf courses, baseball fields and football arena events. Just a short walking distance to shops, gourmet restaurants and a fantastic grocery store!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is centrally located just north of the Loop 101. You are able to enjoy a heated pool and hot tub. The complex is gated and extremely well maintained.

What makes this property unique

Even though we recommend a car to get around town, a grocery store and restaurants are in walking distance. The property is a 30 minute car drive from the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona.
Golf courses, bars, restaurants and amazing hiking trails are all within a 15 minute drive.
