Newly remodeled beach condo. Amazing sunset views from the front patio. Waterfall view from the back patio. Location, location, location. the complex is Gulf to Bay (water on both sides). Our beautiful complex has only two story "villa style" units and sits on an amazing private beach right by the South Jetty. View the beautiful Florida sunsets as Dolphins swim by. This complex has the largest heated pool on the island that sits 3 steps from the Gulf. Two of the highest rated restaurants are across the street. Amazing food and the offer services like sunset sails, bike, kayak etc. rentals. You can kayak to 5 tiki bars from this location! The location is the best on Venice Island. Its paradise.
