The house was very accurate to the description and layout. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. The game room was a great room for the kids to handout in. The house had plenty of space to hold the group and spread out as needed. Very smooth booking process and no issues while onsite.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a helpful review. We're glad the home matched the description and gave your group of eight room to spread out comfortably, and that the game room gave the kids a spot of their own. It's also good to hear the booking process was smooth and everything ran without a hitch on site. We hope to host you and your family again.

This house was perfectly located in the Sea Pines Community! A quick walk to some shops and scenic bike ride to Harbour Town and/or the beach! The rooms were surprisingly bigger than they look on the listing! The house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!

Our stay at this house was perfect. There were no issues at all. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was the cleanest pool we’ve ever had in our 20 plus years of coming to HHI. Would highly recommend this house.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home and hope to stay here again in the future. Convenient location, nicely appointed and very clean! Could use a little more color/wall art throughout the home perhaps but overall, a beautiful home!! We did not use the pool or outside grill as it was unfortunately a little too cool this trip!

We also appreciate the thoughtful feedback on adding more color and wall art—that’s great insight and something we’ll definitely keep in mind as we continue to enhance the space. Hopefully, next time the weather cooperates, you can enjoy the pool and grill as well. We’d love to host you again!

Family Vacation July 2025

Birdie was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house was even more beautiful than the online photos. It was clean, well-stocked with supplies. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size and depth for our family of 12 as well. In addition, the Management company AvantStay responded immediately to our every question and request. It was a wonderful week in Hilton Head, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Summer family vacation getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family- son, two daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren. The home had space for us to spread out and yet share time together in the kitchen and family room area. We enjoyed the pool a few days (had challenges because of rain from Debby.) Would highly recommend to a large family or extended family who would like to spend time together on vacation.

Great stay!

This place is great if you're looking for a family trip! Has lot of fun activities to do within the house that made it hard to want to leave. There were a few things that need some fixing but was very manageable. The upstairs hallway bathroom does not drain properly, the door handle where the toilet was located kept falling off, and the dryer does not dry the best but overall a great rental.

Perfect oasis!

We visited Hilton head to celebrate our sons birthday. We wanted to stay close to everything, but far enough away, so that we could have some privacy. This property was exceptional! Extremely clean, very spacious and family friendly. We all enjoyed the pool, game room and location. The AvantStay team went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable and perfect. There was even a birthday gift for our son waiting for him inside when we checked in. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home. Thank you AvantStsy!

Recommend staying here

Highly recommend this property. Super clean house, which says a lot bc I am a clean freak. Very spacious for large families. Kitchen fully stocked. Coffee machine. Extra pool towels provided. Washer and dryer if needed and with small children was def plus. Nice quiet private community. Easy access to the beach and harbor town, very close to multiple restaurants with endless walking/ biking trails. Would def stay here again. Best Sea Pines vacation rental we have every stayed in.
