Newly remodeled spacious home with a King Bed, Queen Bed and two bunk beds. Perfect for large groups, family vacations, long term stays and much more! features four bedrooms with six beds available and two couches for two more to stay on. There are two large smart TVs, fire place, outdoor firepit, covered deck, onsite parking and a ping pong table! Fully remodeled kitchen has Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, utensils and several other essentials.

Enjoyable Stay

We have stayed in Spokane the past 7 years for a volleyball tournament, and this is the first house we would plan to make a repeat stay. Good location, clean, and had everything we needed.

Simple and Clean

This house worked perfectly for us. We had a nearby wedding, and it was very convenient. For reference- no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. The two downstairs beds are double, single bunks. We had a nice, quick stay and the owner was very responsive.

All the space we needed, and more!

This house was perfect for our visit with family in Spokane. It had plenty of space, bathrooms and sleeping options for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids aged 7-11). The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. There is a bit of road noise at night, but we never travel without sound machines, so it wasn’t a problem! The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire house was clean upon arrival. It was about 15 minutes to downtown Spokane, and about 25 minutes to Fairchild AFB. I would recommend this home if you need a place to stay in Spokane!

Needs some seating and amenities

I think this is a new rental but it needs some basic Kitchen bowls, pots and pans, salt and pepper shakers would have been nice (along with some basic spices). Sleeps 10 but only has a dinning table for four and four bar stools. Upstairs living room only seats six. Downstairs needs a portable heater. Pretty chilly down there if the upstairs doesn’t want to roast. Lastly, having to strip beds and take used towels to the laundry and paying a cleaning fee - I don’t understand.
