Idyllic Family Getaway In Lovely Eastern Washington

Make yourself right at home in this lovely waterfront getaway. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped sunny yard right on the lake with 150 feet of waterfront. Swim, sunbathe, fish off the dock, play in the grassy yard, watch all the birds on the lake, roast marshmallows over the firepit and so much more. Launch your boat on our ramp and tie it up to the dock or mooring can for waterskiing or fishing. We have kayaks and paddle boards for your use.

Groceries, fuel and services are less than 5 miles away. All the benefits of Spokane are just 30 minutes away with lots of great restaurants, Riverfront Park and charming shops. We are 20 minutes from Riverside State park for great hiking trails.

The house is redecorated yet still holds the old "Gramma's House" charm. The house is a ranch style that sleeps 8 comfortably in four separate rooms. A large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has its own door into the main bathroom featuring a comfy clawfoot tub with a view of the lake and a handheld shower head. Both bathrooms feature heated floors. A third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids or overflow of guests with a double size bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The recreation room features a piano, pool table, game table, excercise bike, an antique miracle weight loss machine, smart TV, fireplace and a deluxe queen size sleeper sofa.

Fun on the lake

This was our third year at this property. Perfect for a group of people or family. Lovely backyard that backs up to the lake. Fun game room in the house. Looking forward to going back in 2025.

Girl’s Weekend!

Lake house

Great place to stay. Unable to swim off dock due to lots of seaweed. But a short paddle away from shore great swimming. Comfortable rooms. Had everything we needed. We would go back again.

Amazing Stay!

This was an amazing house for our weekend stay! Comfortable and cozy making you feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and lacking nothing; plenty of extra bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything needed and even a great variety of seasonings. The yard was amazing with a view that was hard to beat. The communication prior to and during the stay was awesome! Thanks for an incredible stay and we'd love to come and stay again!

Living on the Water

Great View of the lake. This is the second time staying here. This place is a little older but has everything we would need in a vacation rental. Kitchen is well stocked. The bbq worked well. Beds were comfortable. plenty of room. Levi, we appreciate you letting us rent your place and we will be back again!!

Great house on lake with private boat launch.

House was very roomy with our party of 4. We really enjoyed the views of the trees, lake & bald eagles. Boat ramp was great to have for launching the boat & taking it out of the water every day. I only wish the dock had tie up cleats and bumpers for the boat. Some days it gets windy, and we were unable to tie the boat up to the dock.

From the booking to check-in and our stay, this was the perfect trip. The owner contacted me right away and was very welcoming. The property manager met us when we checked in, gave us a tour of the home, which gave a more personal feeling for the property. This used to be a family home, and I felt like I was staying with relatives - in a good way. I had a sense of nostalgia and was grateful to finally see a home that hadn't been modernized for no reason. Some things are OK left they way they are, and this place was perfect.

Amazing! Already booked for next year!

I have to be honest, I’ve stayed in a lot of homestays, and more often than not, the description is a little overstated for what the property is. However, this is not the case here. The property is beautiful! So much space to be out in the yard and have fun near the beach, a dock that easily hosts a boat, in a very quiet area of the lake. We were treated to a very clean and hospitable home that sits on a large piece of land. There were more things there, than were disclosed, so that’s always pleasant to see. I could go on and on, but bottom line, we booked the day after we left. This family has owned this property since day one, and the pride they show in it is evident. The communication with Larry before, during, and afterwards was nothing short of an amazing experience. Stoked for next year!

Family Time

Levi was great to deal with along with the property manager that met us at the house and did a walk through with us. We had a great time. The house was clean and neat, the kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals that we cooked. The refrigerator was empty, which was great. some of the places we have stayed in the past have not always emptied the refrigerator and it has been hard to get all our food to fit. The view of the lake in the morning is a real treat. we used the kayaks which was great and our 12 year old grandson used the paddle board. The pool table was great to be able to use also. The house was comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The home is older and needs a little updating but the benefit is the price is affordable for being on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

Great Place - Great Stay! Highly Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed Levi's lake property! I stayed here in late June with my husband, my son and daughter in law and my three grandchildren (ages 2 months - 3.5 years). The place suited us perfectly! Levi and Denise (his property manager) were both great to work with! Denise met me at check in and showed me around. Nice touches such as flowers on the table, sparkling cider & wine, and stuffed animals on the kids' beds add such a warm, welcoming touch. The place was VERY clean! The few areas of the house that haven't been updated didn't bother us at all, in fact they offer a certain charm! We had access to three kayaks and a paddle board, plus they had life jackets available. The water by the dock is about waist deep at entry. There are stone steps leading in. The only drawback to the water area is there is no beach, which can be great for young kids. Though my grandkids played on the stone steps. A couple benches to enjoy lake view. They also had four folding chairs for use. Kitchen is very well equipped! And plenty of linens as well. We brought a blow up twin bed and rather than have my step son, who came for a night, sleep on the pull out couch in main area, he slept in the step down family room, which has a door for some privacy. One TV in family room, one in living room and one in master bedroom. When I book for my family, it helps to get a layout in my mind - so for any like me: One level rancher. Far end - huge master room with attached bath (and lake view!). Coming down hallway from master, one side has bedroom with bunkbeds, and other side has bedroom with queen bed and a door to main bath (the one with the claw foot tub.) Next is the kitchen which has washer and dryer on one side next to the door to main bath. There is an open living room and dining room - the entrance to the property is on dining room side and the door to covered patio is on living room side. Final end of the house is a step down family room, pool table, game area, and sliding doors to uncovered patio. Outside has small covered patio with a small bistro set, great view of the lake (I spent a lot of time sitting out there cuddling my new granddaughter!), and steps leading to the uncovered patio with outdoor dining set and grill. Large grassy area leading down to the water. Overall, I would highly recommend Levi’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This is a repeat stay for us, and we'll likely be back next year. The house is comfortable, kitchen has necessities for fixing a meal for family. The dining room seats 6 easily, and there are extra chairs in the home. The pool table is always a hit for my boys, and the swimming area in the lake is enjoyable in the warm weather. The house is air conditioned, and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan (and a king sized bed). We love the serenity and tranquility of this location. And THIS year, I didn't capsize in the kayak. (Do a You Tube search for how to do a kayak launch from a boat ramp and save yourself the lake baptism!!)

Perfect Place

This was our groups 2nd stay at this location. Can't say enough good things about the house, the yard is so well taken care of down to the river. Everything was fully stocked. And it was nice to have a little bouquet of flowers and a bottle of apple cider to greet us. Looking forward to next year.

Family Time
