Great place to have a vacation with friends

Great place to stay

Overall, Enjoyed our stay. It’s a multi-unit location, so we had neighbors on the property with us—neither good/bad, but something to be aware of. The Lake/river is down, so views are a little different, but that’s how it goes. Reps from Property Mgmt Co were accessible and everything was seamless. Very comfortable property.

Great spot

If you have little kids there is a lot of climb and knock your head on BUT we just kept our 10 month old close. Also there is no central air but they do a good job trying to keep it cool with a portable air conditioner and many fans. The owners are incredibly nice!

Weekend Getaway

This home was nice as it was very clean which is always important, newly updated, and not too far from Spokane to get some quick shopping in. One thing that I would have liked to see was a more fully equipped kitchen-there was no toaster, cutting boards, frying pan, etc. However, this may not be important to many people-we like to cook. Overall, we would stay again. It was really comfortable, cozy, and special with their personalized welcome message and goody basket. Management was quick to respond to any and all questions and very friendly.

Quiet neighborhood with water close!

This would be a wonderful property in the summer when you don’t need to run the heat. They have a ventless fireplace and the gas smell is very very strong. There is an air purifier and when you’re in the house long enough you get used to the smell. But both my Mom and I had a constant headache. The owner is very communicative when you have questions. We ran out of toilet paper and i sent a message asking where more was, because there wasn’t any she dropped some off on the doorstep and that was much appreciated. Again, wonderful decor, great neighborhood but definitely a summer home stay.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice view

This VRBO was a nice stay. We had 4 people staying which was a tight fit with the sleeping arrangements, but we made it work. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need to make a meal. View from the swing on the property is lovely. We enjoyed spending as much time as possible there. My only complaint was the excessive decorations in the home. For a vacation rental it doesn't make much sense to have fancy place settings and table cloths with a runner on the table. It made using the table a pain in the butt having to move all that. Same with the bathroom counter decorations around the bathroom sink. They took up so much space that with all the bathroom stuff a family of 4 has it was hard to work around.

Great Place, Great Surroundings

The unit has a bit of a view of the Spokane River and is a super nice unit. The property management team was responsive and helpful. They only thing you need to be aware of is, the property seems to be managed by a business and not the owners on-site. They are very responsive, efficient and helpful - it is truly a wonderful team - but they are not as flexible as the on-site property owners we have worked with during our other stays.

Perfect Place to relax

We came out for a wedding and decided to stay in a home rather than a hotel. It was perfect and exactly like the website and photos showed. Lisa and Eli were warm and accommodating. It could not have been better. Coffee on the deck with a visiting deer each morning was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a lovely unit and I would highly recommend it.

Most importantly, this unit was immaculate! I was nicely decorated and had modern appliances including a gas stove. There were plenty of pans and utensils and spices in the cabinet. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and the outside shared lawn furniture and gazebo areas (separate from our porch) were well used! It is conveniently located and only minutes from a stores and restaurants. The owner came over to introduce herself and was most pleasant and accommodating. Also, there are 3 unit in this house so if you are looking for a place for a family get together, it is perfect!

Country setting that’s not too far from anything you may need

Not sure if I could have found a better location for my intended visit to the area. This was my first time to the state of Washington and the Spokane area. My wife, daughter and I planned this vacation to see my son that is stationed at the near by Airforce base. The drive from the house to the base is an easy picturesque 25-minute journey that takes you along the Spokane river and through rolling hills down to the Spokane valley. The unit is well equipped and provides a comfortable home like setting. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchen has newer appliances with plenty of counter space. The dinning area has a sliding glass door that leads to an elevated deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill which we could not take advantage of due to the time of year. If we ever get back to the area I would rebook the unit.
