This place is a fantastic stay. Spacious, comfortable, and beautiful with a stunning view. I had originally planned for 9-10 people but ended up with 13 guests staying, still had plenty of room and showers/hot water, and everyone had a bed. The wedding party came over after the ceremony and we ended up having a second reception at the house that night, because the back patio and view made everyone want to stay and keep the celebration going. Rick is a fantastic host, took excellent care of us. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood

Stunning View and Great Accommodations!

We stayed for Whitworth’s family weekend. The weather was beautiful and the house was a perfect setting for our group. We had a bbq after the game and the backyard with lots of outdoor seating was perfect. This house is in an upscale neighborhood so we felt very secure.

Right as we walked in the door we could tell the home had been loved and cared for by the owners for many years. The moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and cozy atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. As we made our way through the house, we noticed the thoughtful touches that had been carefully placed throughout. From the vintage decorations to the family momentos, it was clear that the owners had put their heart and soul into creating a space that felt truly special. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living room was the perfect place to enjoy the view or watch a movie, but it was the little things that really made this place stand out. This home had a history... it was filled with love and joy.Oh, and the pictures with the turkeys are legit. We saw turkeys and deer hanging out together in the yard. Didn't seem to mind each other... just chillin.P.S. - you've gotta try the massage chair :)

Best view in Spokane

The house overlooks Spokane with spectacular views day and night. The wall of windows in the living room creates a dramatic effect when you walk through the front door. The owner was extremely accommodating, going out of his way to help. He had a second dining room table and five chairs stored in the third bay of the garage and helped me bring them in and set them up in the dining room so we could easily accommodate 11 when others joined us for Christmas dinner.

Unique House

We really enjoyed staying at this Spokane house with a view. There were 10 of us (2 kids). The view is absolutely the best part, along with the quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit area at night, and the comfortable and plentiful outdoor seating, looking out on the sky, trees and town. As far as the house is concerned, be aware that one of the small bedrooms is accessed through another (king) bedroom. It was perfect for one of the kids who wanted to be in her own space, but close to her mom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans & spices, foil, sandwich bags, & also plentiful shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc. in the bathrooms. In the main bedroom's bathroom there was a magnifying mirror, which I appreciated. Drip coffee maker with filters, as well as a Keurig type coffee maker. Many towels, blankets, pillows available, as well. Beds were comfortable. It feels like you're staying at your aunt's house while they're out of town; (in other words, it's not like, "Oh, 8 people staying here, only 8 towels & 8 coffee cups). Plentiful resources. Easy in and out, communication was great, with timely replies. Short drive to downtown (18 mins) & airport (23 mins.) Very happy with our stay!

Perfect for Family Celebration

Spectacular view! Spacious home with a great kitchen and lots of beds. It was perfect for us as we enjoyed a weekend of family gathering from multiple states to celebrate our twin sons' graduation from a local university. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious home with an amazing view!

This spacious home has an outstanding view to the east! We had deer in the yard and hawks soaring, so for a nature lover like myself, it was a glorious location. Everything was very clean, and there is lots of room to spread out, especially when utilizing the downstairs. We had an issue regarding receiving check-in info, however I was able to reach the property owner by phone, and he was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.
