Enjoy this tastefully updated apartment near the downtown core of Spokane. This comfortable retreat comes with a fully stocked kitchen, inviting gathering space, and two spacious rooms with comfortable sleeping options. Easy access and off street parking makes it seamless to go and see all that Spokane has to offer. Minutes away from the medical district, riverside state park, and great local restaurants. We look forward to hosting you!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. If you have pets please utilize the side yard for pet waste. It is important that you pick up after your pet, it is a shared space and we ask that you respect the grounds.
