Great location. Clean and easy

Loved the location. So walkable. Loved the ease of the check in / key pad access. Clean, well decorated, good amenities. Felt new. Very impressed. Traveled with adults and teens and it was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Better than a hotel

This property is a gem. Parking is challenging but no problem as long as you realize this is fabulous downtown property within walking distance the fabulous River Front Park, which is a must see. Decor is charming and modern. Exposed walls add to the charm. The kitchen was perfect and yay!!!! A washer/dryer in the unit. Worth checking out this property.

Downtown Spokane accommodations

Great location in beautiful downtown Spokane. New and stylish condo/apartment accommodations. We come from a rural setting so the noise at night (yelling and engines racing) was something to acclimate to. There is so much to do and places to go within just a few blocks. We were impressed with Spokane’s commitment to the downtown area with ample walking trails and bridges with artwork accents. Glad to find this apartment and recommend it to others.
