The property worked well for our family stay. We appreciated access to park in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC worked well for our warm weather. We enjoyed the safe location with the walking trail, restaurants, and shops nearby!

Beautiful home, location, and host! We visited for a volleyball tournament and this home and location were perfect! Clean, safe area, perfect little neighborhood with cute restaurants and shops near by. Every detail is carefully crafted by the host including a welcome basket and supply baskets in the bathrooms!! Best stay yet and we VRBO often! Will stay here again!

We stayed here for a vb tournament! The place is lovely! Great communication. Andy had a cute welcome basket and the bathroom had supplies if you forgot anything! I highly recommend. We will stay again!

Great house and wonderful host. I've stayed in lots of VRBO properties and none were as well-equipped with thoughtful items to help make a comfortable stay. Also, very clean and comfortable beds. Great location that is walking distance from a number of restaurants. Wonderful experience. I can't recommend this property enough.

The location was better than I expected! Safe, clean and great walking opportunities. Felt safe sending our teenage girls to get coffee and donuts two blocks down. We walked to restaurants and ice cream everyday. Great for touring Gonzaga and entertainment for teenage, college age girls. Home was perfect for our visit, nice to bbq on a beautiful evening with a pleasant view!

What a fantastic stay! I can’t wait to come back and spend more time at this lovely townhouse again. It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures which is always reassuring. The location is absolutely wonderful with a lot of eateries within walking distance which I made use of! A few things really stood out to me - the host has amazing linens and super comfy beds and fun furnishings. The whole house has a very luxurious and fresh feel to it. I slept so well & loved the view out the master bedroom! The living room area is the perfect setup for true relaxation with a very comfortable oversized recliner couch. The patio has nice outdoor furniture as well and it was so pleasant to sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the charming neighborhood ambiance. The townhouse also has a very well-stocked kitchen which was helpful for meal prep & I found all the items I could possibly need all stocked & available. The kitchen also has a nice hybrid coffee/ pod machine that I used daily. Between the extra finishing touches, thoughtful decor and the snacks offered by the host, I truly felt like I was on vacation. The host Colette is amazing & responds quickly. Parking is very convenient with a garage option or street parking right out front. Truly a 5 star & 10/10 stay!

A wonderful property close to restaurants, parks, trails. We were fortunate to find this during the recent wildfires. The host was so accommodating of our schedule while we navigated being evacuated. Would definitely recommend this clean, comfy space!
