This was the nicest place and the most accommodating host we stayed with in 2 weeks. So thank you very much for a pleasant ending to our trip From the Platt Siblings
The area is really cool with Swan Street Diner, Hydraulic Hearth, Beltline Brewery, Buffalo Brewing Co, and a couple other nice restaurants that I didn't go to all walkable. Ubers are plenty and so are Reddy bikeshares if you want to head over to downtown Buffalo. The apartment is very clean and has three large bedrooms so is good for large groups. I loved the water temperature and heat in the shower. It was a cute lil place to stay.
Decent place for the area and super convenient location. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were available to answer any questions we had. The property is in downtown buffalo so its not a super luxurious place to stay, the neighborhood isnt amazing and theres small things like the bathroom door not locking for example. But its very reasonable pricing and has everything you need to accomodate a large group for a short stay. Served its purpose well and was a comfy place to crash for the evening.
We were in town for a family reunion and the location of this property was perfect! We enjoyed walking to Larkin square for coffee and donuts in the morning, and all of our other gatherings were no more than a 10 - 20 minute drive. We also appreciated the historical charm of the house. Very interesting!
Incredibly quiet area, great location (everything is just a short drive away), ample street parking, clean and a great value compared to a hotel. The host provided check in/out information timely. Would absolutely stay again.
It was very nice that the hosts laid out the parking rules very clearly. We also liked the lists in the property of recommendations for where to eat and what to do. Would have loved a little bit of historical information about the house having been part of the underground railroad!
We enjoyed staying here because we had access to some great restuarants (delicious wings and beer) and having greenspace and sidewalks where we could walk our dog. The weather was a bit miserable while we were there, so it was nice that we had a nice spot to relax and easy walkable access to some great spots. We really enjoyed the living room area, great couch and a TV! Perfect for hanging on a rainy day.
This beautifully renovated home was comfortable, clean and perfect for our short stay! The artful touches and recommendations for restaurants and activities were much appreciated as well!
We had a wonderful time in Buffalo staying at this rental property. Perfect location for seeing the sights in the area! Easy, smooth check in and comfortable place to stay.
Location was convenient and theming was cute for Buffalo! We found the neighborhood quite loud late at night, not sure if there was something special going on or if that’s the norm. The apartment has everything you need and plenty of room for multiple guests. Only downside was that it didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Bedding and bathroom seemed clean, but I noticed random debris around apartment in spots. Was just fine for one night.
The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate. The access was smooth and the parking just in front of the property was very convenient. The apartment is well furnished and the chalkboard wall was perfect for the kids, as well as the toys. We had a lovely time there.
