This modern & newly renovated 4BR 1BA 1600 sq. ft single family home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from Olde Towne East, home to copious dining and nightlife attractions. Beautifully decorated w/ a modern & vibrant feel. Laptop friendly workspace. Only 2.1 miles from downtown. Corner lot with spacious front porch & living room. Bar cart with provisions for libation. Plenty of natural light. Driveway with off-street parking. PET FRIENDLY! Washer & Dryer included.
The home is newly renovated and ready to accommodate you and your friends/family! The downstairs has a large living room and adjacent dining room, with the kitchen right next to these rooms. The dining room has a table with seating for 4. Upstairs has all 4 bedroom and the full bathroom. There is also a cozy little nook for reading and relaxing with a nice view of the skyline. Books included :). There is also a neat little interactive nightlight on the wall. Press the hexagons to change the color pattern!
There is space in the driveway around back for two vehicles. Be careful when driving up the driveway as there are concrete blocks on either side. There is also free street parking all around the home, but please mind the street signs and do not park beyond the designated zones. (NO STOPPING ANY TIME---> means to do not park beyond the arrow!) There is a community garden a block away up the street! Old Town East is also incredibly close and has plenty of dining and bar attractions for a night out!
This is one of my favorite up and coming neighborhoods in town. There is a community garden a block away down the street. It is a short jump to Old Towne East, home of some great restaurants and bars. Franklin Park Conservatory is also immediately accessible, which is excellent for individuals/families/groups to explore incredible plant-based wildlife that nature has to offer (both indoor and outdoor). It is also close to German Village, another great neighborhood for sightseeing or dining. Additionally, it is incredibly close to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Getting around is pretty easy. Be sure to mind the ONE WAY streets. There is street parking on every block surrounding the property. Just mind the "NO STOPPING ANYTIME -->" Signs...be sure to not to park beyond these signs or you will be towed!

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages.
Post-stay shipping requests (e.g., forgotten packages or deliveries arriving after your departure) will incur a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs.

- Long-term stays (>30 days) require inspections and monthly cleaning ($135 each).
- Insects like ladybugs or stinkbugs may occasionally appear and do not reflect cleanliness.

- You're staying in a residential area—please respect quiet hours and neighbors.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior can result in eviction.

- You assume all risk of injury on the premises.

- Firearms must be secured; discharge or unsafe use results in eviction and fines.

- Security cameras are placed in building entrances and elevators for safety.

AirButler License Agreement Please take a moment to read this License Agreement (hereinafter \Agreement\) carefully before you begin your vacation as it contains important terms and conditions of your occupancy by which you are bound upon signing the Agreement and/or making payments to secure your reservation. Because all terms and conditions of this Agreement is strictly enforced, you should familiarize yourself with them before your arrival. 1. Property . You hereby agree to your usage of the following premises ( ) for the following period and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Property: Usage Period: 2. Fees . You agree to pay the total amount of *Which may or may not include any additional third-party fees and taxes; Airbnb - for the period set forth above. 3. Payments. If you booked through Airbnb, all taxes are being collected automatically by Airbnb and remitted on our behalf; therefore, they are not included in your total. 4. Cancellations. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your entitlement to all or a portion of the fee depends on the timing of your cancellation in relation to the Check-in date AND the cancellation policy of Airbnb as follows: Cancellations: 14-7 Days: Cancellations that are made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days ahead of the Check-in date, are eligible for a fifty (50) percent refund. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all payments made and the party will not be permitted to Check-in. 8. Arrival and Departure. Guest may Check-in at 4:00 PM EST and must check out by 11:00 AM EST on the departure day. No early Check-In or late Check-out is permitted without Airbutler Management's prior approval.
