This is the third time staying at this location. Once again it did not disappoint. It’s very comfortable, clean and accessible to everything we had scheduled during our stay. One of the strengths is the communication. We received frequent texts checking in on us. Any texts were made were immediately replied to, which hasn’t always been my experience in vacation homes. Very much appreciated.

This place was incredible. It met all of our needs, then some. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The school is directly across the street, but we never even noticed. Looking forward to coming back!

Great Location & With All the Amenities

A quant and cozy place to stay for our sons graduation from OSU....convenient location to Corvallis and tons of eateries. All the amenities were fabulous and just as described. Highly recommend!

Nice Cozy Place

It isn’t huge, but very comfortable. It is nicely decorated and very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but seems to have everything you would need.

Albany short trip

Apartment is super cute and nicely appointed. Perfect location, close to everything. It is downstairs from another rental unit so there is some noise from above. Would stay here anytime in Albany.

Cute and cozy

The unit was well appointed, clean and quiet. The location was convenient for our needs. Having lived and worked in Albany several years ago, I was familiar with the neighborhood, which feels safe. Two of us (females) walked 8 blocks to a restaurant for dinner. Enjoyed seeing all the Christmas lights :-).

Excellent communication! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Stayed here for OSU freshman move-in. Short 20 minute drive to campus. Be aware that this is a basement rental with 5 steps down to enter, a lower ceiling (watch you head through doorways), and other renters on the property. No issues. Would stay here again!!

What a great location

Our family of 4 + our small dog stayed here for a night en route to the Pacific Northwest. What a great location to unwind and get some exercise and relaxation after a long drive. After we parked the car it was so nice not to have to drive anywhere because everything was walking distance. Our kids and the dog swam in the Willamette. We walked over to the local restaurants for happy hour and dinner, and the back yard was nice and shaded when letting the dog out for relief. We would definitely stay again.

What a disappointment!!

When arriving at Montieth House, we were suprised that there was no parking other than the street and that it looked seedy. It was hard to tell where an entrance was located and there was no sidewalk to the gates. Even though our stay was prepaid, we decided to go to a hotel with parking and easy access for us older folks.

Incredibly disappointed to hear that it didn't work out for you! The home is located in a historical district with beautiful homes throughout, with quite a bit of street parking and a long driveway. I'm sorry this location didn't work out for you, and we hope we can host you in other properties in the future!
