Wonderful house in Philomath, close to OSU

Wonderful little house to stay in- near Corvallis. We were there for Thanksgiving and we couldn’t have asked for a better location and accommodation. We got to do a lot of neat things in Corvallis and the surrounding areas. Spacious for me and my 3 kids- thank you for a memorable vacation!

We felt so fortunate to find this rental on VRBO. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our family felt immediately right at home, relaxed, and cozy. The yard was perfect for our dogs and the setup was amazing for us. Everything we needed or could want was provided by our host. Our host was so helpful and responsive. I would hear back from Mary immediately and I did not have to wonder about anything because the check-in, home, and check-out details were so thorough and informative. Beds were comfortable and we slept so well. Nice and quiet and peaceful evenings. I highly recommend this beautiful gem in Philomath.

Rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. Also easy to get back and forth to OSU. Fantastic gluten-free restaurant across the street.

Spacious house with everything needed to live in it. Groceries delivered easily. Washer and dryer were great. Living room allowed movie night.

Family

The property is always clean, and well cared for. The yard maintenance was done while I was there, and they were very polite. I enjoy staying in this home because it is close to my family, yet I have a quiet and calm place to go to (this home) after a day full of visiting! I am hoping to stay here again soon!

Philomath getaway

This place is the best! The large, fenced backyard was heaven for our young, active dog! The house is comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed. The host was in immediate contact with a rapid resolution of the one minor issue we had! Highly recommend this place!

Home away from home!!

There for grandsons baseball tournaments. Location was perfect for all the things we needed and places we needed to be. House was clean and had all we needed right down to accommodating pet owners!! Our host was easy to reach and communicate with!! We've found our place to stay while in town for baseball!! 🤗

Philomath visit

The property was ideal for visiting with our daughter at OSU, we had her 86 year old grandmother visiting from the UK and there was enough room for everyone.The kitchen was fully equipped which helped with meals, unfortunately the weather wasn't agreeable to sit outside but having the large yard is a bonus.Although on the main road it was surprisingly quiet.Would recommend staying here, easy commute to Corvallis and OSU.

This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. Well stocked kitchen for making dinners and had Walmart grocery deliveries each day. Thank you and will book again!Note - please add Walmart Grocery to the list of grocery stores - both the Albany and Corvallis stores delivered to us!

This was a very cute studio apartment. It was quite large and super cute. The location was lovely, note you have to drive to town for food etc. but it is close. The bed does have a foam mattress topper so it is soft just FYI. It currently is not appropriate for children as the porch does not have barriers on the railing (eg it is open and on a 2nd floor). It was perfect for us. Property manager was amazing and super helpful.

Pup friendly home

My wife and I stayed at this conveniently located home in Philomath with our 3 small (6-8lb) dogs. The backyard is completely fenced, for a safe and secure spot to spend time with the pups. The home is comfortably appointed with everything we needed for our 4 day stay, with the exception of a baby gate or two to keep the dogs in the kitchen/foyer area. Luckily we had brought our own, so it wasn't a problem.

Clean Little House with Road Noise

The property is clean and nicely decorated. We had no issues with that. I do want to point out to those who may be noise sensitive that the property is located on the corner of a main thoroughfare and the road noise and vibrations from especially semi traffic is noticeable in the home's rooms. If you are a light sleeper, you will notice this, especially at 3 a.m. in the morning. I share this not to be mean, but to be completely transparent and honest with those considering the location.Our host was great and responded to our questions promptly.
