MODERN, STYLISH HOME w/ open floor concept in top location, fully equipped

Relax in style in our newly remodeled and fully equipped 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with outdoor patio and grill as well as high speed internet. We put a lot of love in this place and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks etc. and one block from the bus stop. OSU and Reser stadium are just a 7 minute drive away.

Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each room.

Multi-Level Setup
Two bedrooms with one full bathroom upstairs and the 3rd bathroom and full bathroom downstairs allow for privacy when needed. The new mattresses as well as pillows have protective covers to guarantee best hygiene standards.

Bathrooms
Enjoy spa-like showers in both full bathrooms. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh soft towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality pull-out cabinets, granite countertops and ceramic cooktop is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The beautiful reclaimed wood dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining
Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill and outdoor furniture with sun protection.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival.

Other things to note
The place is professional cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided.
The garage fits one cars. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible.

If you love nature, Martin Luther King Park with several hiking trails is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Perfect Corvallis home

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting our Oregon State student this summer. Great location. We did not lack for any ammenity. The home and each bedroom has A/C. Large table and kitchen with seating for 6. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood & Great for Groups

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and it worked great for three single people. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and stocked well. The outside of the house looked a bit dirty and dated, the carpet inside the home had a few stains, and the main stairwell chandelier light was out, but for the most part all was clean. The lights above the primary bathroom sink were quite dark and the mirror was very small. Adding in a larger mirror and some full length mirrors would be helpful when multiple people trying to get ready at once sharing the same bathroom. Overall, a very nice spot and neighborhood to stay in close to town.

The house was very clean and neat, but when you have handicapped people you are taking care of, you really need to have lights in all the stairs. The stair light going to the upper floor did not work. But all in all a clean and neat place.

Stupendously Comfortable

Our family was overwhelmingly joyful with our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and suitable for all of our needs. I was especially impressed with the kitchen amenities and spotless bathrooms. To my surprise, my family found the beds made for an easy night of sleep. Too, my 4-year old was amused by the deer and turkeys that roamed the streets near the property. The only form of dismay I have is that the property is already booked for the all of the other weekends I'll visit Corvallis - good for them!

Great for visiting OSU child!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had three adults visiting Corvallis for the first time to see our OSU child. The layout was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms and cool AC was just what we needed between campus visits, sporting events, and wine tasting. Would highly recommend, and will try to rent the same house for future stays!

Quiet Clean and great location

The house was a great place for a quick visit back to Corvallis. It was easy to locate and had everything thing we needed for our stay. Saw a few deer out the windows in the morning. It’s an easy drive to McDonald Forest and Chip Ross for a hike and a short drive to MLK park for an evening walk. You won’t go wrong if you book this house.

Spacious home with basic amenities

Overall this was a nice place to stay with our family visiting for a graduation. There was plenty of room and appreciated being able to park 2 cars in the garage. Quiet residential neighborhood. The basics are provided like a hotel but not much else. One towel per person and no extra blankets/linens. There was coffee, soap/shampoo, detergent. Overall clean and clutter free. If you’re visiting with a family, bring things that will make you comfortable. I was glad I brought a deck of cards for our family to enjoy a night in.

Valley Getaway

Property is in a great location, very quiet neighborhood. Deer peaked at us each morning thru the kitchen window! Carpet should be changed out or deeply cleaned and the house could use a deep clean. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Granddaughter’s Wedding

The only problem in the condo I found was the carpets in the bedrooms were very stained. It was an excellent size and we took full advantage of using the bbq grill out back. I don’t know if it mentioned it or not, but the cabinets in the kitchen are very high. Since I am only 4’ 10”, I had to have someone get all the dishes down for me. This place is perfect for a family gathering and it’s got a great location in Corvallis.
