Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Tried to contact host for access information and he never responded. The day of our flight I contacted Vrbo for help and it turned out that the host canceled our reservation with no notice. Do not book with this person. VRBO did an excellent job. Eshan stayed on the phone with us for 3 hours helping us find another place to stay at the last minute.
