We had a great family trip, location was peaceful and still within 15 minutes of all we wanted to do. Kids loved learning pickleball and hanging out on the back porch.

Great location close to the airport with awesome backyard and ample sleeping areas. Owner was easy to reach out to with any concerns. Would definitely stay again.

Allen's property was perfect for our group of 9. We played pickleball and corn hole out on the patio, enjoyed morning coffee on the upper porch, and had plenty of space for our group to lounge, share meals, and hang out. The location is 10min from downtown / Rainey St so when we did want to go out for dinner & drinks it was easy to order ubers and head out. Pinthouse Brewing is also right down the road and a great spot for beer, pizza, burgers, & wings. (Pro-tip: you can order Franklin BBQ ahead of time and pick it up to-go without standing in line for 3 hours. This VRBO has plenty of space to enjoy your meal together and it's still warm when you make it the 10min back) Check-in was easy, check out was simple (just take out the trash & start the dishwasher), and Allen was communicative throughout the process, even when my questions were dumb, like where's the Wifi password: hint, it's in the handy little pamphlet on the table where there's also the house rules, instructions for the thermostat, eating & dining suggestions, and more. There were additional nice touches throughout the home, like coffee already in the cupboard, a couple of guitars for picking, and a movie/projector setup out by the firepit. This place nailed the vibe for a guys weekend trip and our whole group was thrilled with the accommodations. We also found it to be about half as expensive as 9 individual hotel rooms would've ran us. Being able to hang out as a group was a big plus!

Great place and location. Owner was very responsive, would highly recommend.

This beautiful property is located what I feel is next to every place you would want to visit in Austin. The house itself is quiet and very private, plenty of room and we made very good use of the pickleball court. I am definitely going to rent it again.
