An amazing location!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised and the owner has thought of everything with all the comforts and convenience of home! The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks. The location is a very short walk to the beach! We would highly recommend!

Perfect beach weekend !

We very much enjoyed our stay. This property is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen stocked with all you need - both Keurig and old school coffee maker, fridge has ice maker, lots of little extras in kitchen and bath. Plenty of fresh bath/hand towels in each bathroom. Very nice comfy beds, and wonderful soft sheets on king size beds, ceiling fans throughout (and box fans, for those who like the white noise). Beach chairs and beach towels supplied. All just a short walk to beach. Host prompt to reply to questions. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again and refer friends while in Cocoa Beach area. Great vacation. Thanks Rico!

Absolute gem and we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect for the beach, the Kennedy Space Center and restaurants. Walking one block to the beautiful beach was heavenly, and all the amenities provided were wonderful! We used plush beach towels and easy to carry beach chairs and it was so appreciated! The attention to detail on this property was impeccable, all of the beach/ocean themed decor, plus all of the home-away-from-home items were amazing! Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. and even everything color coordinated and cheerful in the kitchen. The detail put into this accommodation was really incredible, from the wall decor, bedroom furniture and bedding, to soap dispensers and even spoon rests in the kitchen to coasters in the bedroom for the nightstands. The owners definitely thought of everything and clearly put a lot of care into thinking of what would make guests' stays special. This was our first time to the area but we loved it so much we'll definitely be back! Thank you Rico!!
