In the summer the Nottingham Lake is just a short walk away!
This condo is on the top floor of a 3-story apartment complex. The condo itself is two stories, with the master bedroom and bathroom solely on the top floor. The two main level bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen and dining space has been renovated for a more open concept.

The picturesque Nottingham Park is a short 3-minute walk where you can walk along the paved bike path for easy and convenient access.
