Come relax in this top floor, two story 3-bedroom ski condo. Steps from the Beaver Creek bus stop and nestled along the Eagle River. Perfect for a quick weekend ski trip, or a week of family friendly activities. At the end of a long day, relax next to the indoor fireplace. In the summer the Nottingham Lake is just a short walk away!

This condo is on the top floor of a 3-story apartment complex. The condo itself is two stories, with the master bedroom and bathroom solely on the top floor. The two main level bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen and dining space has been renovated for a more open concept.

This home is conveniently located in the heart of Avon, within walking distance of the Beaver Creek Bear Lot for easy access to the slopes, shops, restaurants, and year-round family-fun opportunities. The picturesque Nottingham Park is a short 3-minute walk where you can walk along the paved bike path for easy and convenient access. You can enjoy the summer concerts, 4th of July fireworks, family friendly playgrounds, swim beach and rent paddle boards and peddle boats at the lake. Get in 9 (par 3 course) or 18 holes at the Eagle Vail Golf Club, fish the Eagle River, or take advantage of the many nearby hiking trails.
