As part of the Ossipee Bluffs Association, this home comes with parking passes for the community's lakefront beach nearby. The property also boasts a prime location for exploring, with White Lake State Park (five miles), Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesaukee (17 miles), and North Conway (23 miles) all within a quick drive. You'll be one mile from the Indian Mound Golf Club, 17 miles from the famous Kancamagus Highway, and close to a number of mountain resorts.

After a day spent paddleboarding or fishing for trout, bass, and salmon, come home to relax in the wonderful outdoor spaces. Sip cold drinks on the screened porch, get the gas grill going for a barbecue dinner, and cap the evening with s'mores around the firepit at the edge of the trees.
