Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is the nearest you can get of Winter and Summer in the lake area & mountains in NH. Near Laconia, Meredith, the White Mountains and Castle in the Clouds. Perfect to those that love skiing, ice skating or just watching the snow from inside, playing some games,or just chilling. Summer days you can swimming at Lake Winnipesaukee at the walking distance beach. Enjoy local restaurants, train rides, the mountains and more
The space
Cozy house with 3 bedrooms. Fully air conditioned
For sleeping we have a master bedroom with a king size bed plus a futon that fits one person. The second bedroom have a queen bed that fits 2 people. The third bedroom have two bunks beds that fits 4 people. The spacious finished basement have two futons (double bed)that fits 4 people. We also have a very comfortable sofa in the living room. (fits one adult, one adult one kid or two kids) near the club house there a playground, a basketball court and tennis court. near the beach there is a Kids playground and a fishing place. You can bring your kayak and enjoy the serenity of the lake. On Saturdays there is always somenthing at the beach like live DJs, bands, food truck, games for the kids and more. There are 26 miles of maintained dirt roads for biking or walking . Our house is located in the heart of the Lakes Region. I will post the calendar of events as soon is available. Try to do your grocery shopping before you arrive( that way you do not miss any fun). I listed the grocery shopping and convenience store nearby the house.The house is located at the Suissevale Condominium Association.
It will be easier for you to locate the house if you use the Black's Landing Rd entrance, Off of 109 (Gov. Wentworth Hwy.)



Grocery Shopping:
-There is a supermarket near the house called EM health that has everything.

- Hanford Supermarket ( large supermarket.)
- Also there Skelley's Market , 2 miles from here that have essentials, subs, pizza , gas, ice, wood, and an ice cream store( very good ice cream) . They have a convenience store for all needs.
- Another place that I like a lot for anything that you will need besides groceries ( they do have snacks, soft drinks, water) is Dolar General. the address is 929 Whittier Hwy Moultonborough NH
