Roku tvs in 3 locations (bought after posting pics) and high-speed Wi-Fi
Air conditioning in all rooms and heating
Outside, enjoy easy access to a sandy beach perfect for swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing, plus a boat ramp to launch your watercraft with ease.
Awesome deck to enjoy your BBQ At! Cook up your favorites on our gas grill, and eat at our large patio table for 6! There is also an additional table with 2 chairs on the deck as well. Love the sunshine? How about relax in some anti gravity chairs!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take Any trash out back to the Shed, there is a large trash can there. Please close shed after use. We have bears.
Please start a load of laundry if you can before you leave. The soap etc. is in the "Bear" room inside a cubby next to the closet.
Please wash all your dishes and dry before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
