Beach House on the Big Lake!

This house can sleep 16 comfortably. It has 5-bedroom (4 bedroom plus Sun room that can become a private bedroom). For your enjoyment there is 86" TV , large barbeque grill, walk in shallow sandy beach (great for younger kids). Chairs around wood burning fire pit right by the water. The supply of firewood provided.

There is also a 90' dock (boat at dock belongs to home owner). You can bring your own boat and park your trailer on the property as well.

Bed linens are optional. *Please note that sheets are not included with this rental, however if you would like to rent linens, the fee fthis property is $135 plus tax for sheets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be in need of our linen rental service to ensure availability. *

We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook like a professional chef. A quick breakdown of the sleeping arrangements include 4+1 bedrooms (2 have their own bathroom). In total there are 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 twin bed, one bunk bed(twin over twin), one sleeper couch, 3 pull out chairs that turns into small bed.

The views are amazing! Bring your camera to catch a Hock diving for fish, nesting nearby Loon or Crane! During the winter you can see skiers on Gunstock!

In the play room there's a pool/ping pong table and bubble hockey.

Outside on the deck there is a hot tub overlooking the lake for guests use as well.

In addition, the home has a patio and barbecue grill. guests can use 1 paddle boards, 2 kids kayaks 1 adult sit on top kayak and 18' canoe.

The location on the lake is perfectly located so that getting to places by boat is easy and you are also far enough away to enjoy quiet days on the lake in a protected cove that's great for boating, jet skiing, kayaking and canoeing!

This home has everything you need to get the full lake life experience.

Please note: there are some video security cameras that are ON to monitor the place when it is vacant, NO cameras are INSIDE the home, there is one by front dood, 2 driveway cameras, 1 camera to monitor dock and boat, 2 on the sides of the house and 1 for hot tub (we use it to make sure the cover is closed). Any or all of these can be disabled during your stay if you would like them to be turned off.
