Experience lake life at its best in this private lakefront retreat on Lake Winnipesaukee, designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable family gatherings.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and offers 5 sleeping areas, including 4 bedrooms plus a sunroom that can be converted into a private bedroom. Two bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms, and each bedroom is equipped with its own individual mini-split AC system for personalized comfort during warmer months.

Inside, guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock Mountain, an 86-inch TV, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, spacious gathering areas, and a large dining table overlooking the lake from the expansive deck. The outdoor hot tub also overlooks the water, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the lake.

The sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 king bed
- 2 queen beds
- 2 twin beds
- 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed
- 1 full-size sleeper sofa
- 1 queen-size sectional sofa
- 3 convertible pull-out chair beds

Step outside to enjoy one of the property’s best features: a shallow sandy walk-in beach that is ideal for younger children and families. Relax by the wood-burning fire pit at the water’s edge, enjoy the hot tub overlooking the lake, or spend the day boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming in the protected cove.

Guests may bring their own boat and use the private 90-foot dock. Trailer parking is also available on the property.

- 1 adult sit-on-top kayak
- 1 canoe
- Large outdoor barbecue grill

The protected cove location offers calmer water for boating, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming, while still providing convenient access to the rest of the lake by boat.

In the winter months, guests can even enjoy views of skiers on Gunstock Mountain across the lake.

This home has everything needed to experience the best of lakefront living in every season.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close windows and doors, lock hot tub cover, put red swing cushion inside on high shelf in back hallway
Keep water toys under tree platform area, so the wind doesn't take it to the lake. Don't leave anything on a dock. Life Vests are kept on east side of the house. All paddles standing in the same area.
Place bagged trash in the metal bin by the shed, put the cover on, and hook the bungee cord to lock the lid. Place recyclables in a plastic blue bucket and keep the lid closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask guests to remove shoes inside the house.
Please rinse off sand before entering the house and before using the hot tub.
Please keep exterior doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering the home.

Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious house. It was perfect for a family with a private beach, game room, hot tub and located on beautiful part of the Lake. Great for adults and kids alike and close to so many things to do. We recommend it to anyone.

What a beautiful lake house! Our family of 11 had such a wonderful time! The children (5) didn’t stop for a minute, enjoying the lake, game room, hot tub and more! Amazing vacation home! The home was very spacious and nice. We had a family of 12 and had tons of room for our family to enjoy, share meals, and to sleep comfortably. The property is even better - right on the lake in a shallow, sandy lagoon that’s rare for Winnipesaukee. Large dock that accommodated a boat rental too. Easy location to access other places on the lake. Alex was an amazing host - super responsive to our questions and needs. Would recommend to others without any hesitation whatsoever. From accidentally booking the wrong dates to having them change everything for us without any hassle, the owners were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Their communication was excellent from start to finish.The house was absolutely perfect for our large family to celebrate the Fourth of July at the lake. It was spotless, spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed.
