Best place yet.

Gorgeous property right on the water. Cottage was adorable and clean. Brian was welcoming and helpful. The only drawback to this rental is that the owner is right across the dirt road and was sometimes working around our yard, (a little intrusive). I would definitely recommend and consider going back .

Perfect location

This is an adorable, very clean and well maintained cottage. It is just steps from the lake. Everything is supplied, you just need to bring your bathing suit and enjoy the very beautiful lake. The lake is very clean and the water is very clear. Owner lives across the street and is very responsive should you need anything or have any questions. I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

On the Waterfront

we arrived followed our check in instructions and everything went very well. we met the owners who were very easy going and personable. THIS COTTAGE couldn't have been any closer to the water, you hear the rippling waves and the ducks going by also the loons. i caught a couple nice bass right of the pier. The weather was perfect and location ideal. grocery store, ice cream, convenience store everything within minutes. we were actually sad to leave Brian and Carrol are like a couple you have known for ever. the cottage was small but clean , we HAVE NO complaints. our thanks again for a GREAT TIME. Ed and Henriette.

The loons were calling . . .

Staying at cute little “Samuel Cottage” on Berry Bay of Lake Ossipee, NH was a joy from start to finish! The place is immaculate, cleverly furnished, and has most everything you could need for a stay. Outside, the grounds are well landscaped and provided easy access to the water for swimming or using the 2 person sit-on kayak. Brian, our host, (and state representative elect?) was awesome; available and friendly. He even shared with us a little about the history of the cottage and the area. The place felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. Also, the loons calling at night put the experience over the top! Russ Tietjen and Bonnie Mis
