The property was beautiful, clean and full of amenities. My issue was with the communication on check in day from the property manager. We were given the wrong door code the night before checking in. The manager was extremely unresponsive for the entire stay. Luckily, someone from the cleaning staff reached out to me via text with the correct door code so we were able to enter the house (5 hours after arriving to Lafayette). Communication definitely needs improvement, but the house was lovely otherwise.

Very spacious living space with plenty of sleeping space. We had a very cozy stay and will probably look for this place again when we need a space to stay.
I recently stayed here during a business trip, and it was perfect for both work and relaxation. The property was clean, well-equipped, and provided a quiet and comfortable environment to recharge after long days of meetings. The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities and dining. The host was attentive and made sure everything was seamless. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Lafayette, whether for business or leisure!
Overall, a decent property. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this place falls in the middle of all our experiences. The place was nice, but you could tell they are kind of letting things go down. The yard looked like it hadn't been mowed in weeks, with weeds coming up all over the place. The carpet wasn't clean and our feet were dirty right away. We had to go to the store and get a bigger pot and pan, as there were very few to choose from. The place has a nice tree covered lot, and a very nice air conditioner garage with another living room, bed, and game room all in one. Overall, I would recommend it. However, if nothing changes, you may be a little disappointed in the cleanliness of it inside and outside.
We were in town for my nephew's wedding, and the house couldn't have been more perfect! It's close to the campus, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our 2.5 day stay.
We didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub, and didn't ever know that the entire garage had been made into a teenager's paradise with game tables, large TV, and sleeping space for several more! Casey had everything we needed. We will definitely return if we get invited back for a special event....maybe for the new couple's graduation from their PhD programs! The fenced in yard was great...it was very private and in a quiet neighborhood, but just a block or so off the main road.
Some other relatives who stayed at a hotel had a horrible experience because of renovations going on there. We were so thankful that we chose this home, since it not only saved us money, but we were able to visit together comfortably in the nicely appointed living spaces.
Casey was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Check-in was easy and directions for check-out were clear. Thanks again for a great stay!
Communication with property manager was excellent. Made our stay much easier.
Home was clean. Backyard for grilling was fun.
Definitely recommend this property.
The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.
House was very nice. Had 6 guys for overnight of State Bowling Tournament. Had plenty of room for everyone. Cooked out steaks on grill, ate, and relaxed watching NCAA Basketball. Sleeping arrangements gave us plenty of room. Thank you.
Casey’s place was awesome. Super clean super convenient to Purdue’s campus. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable and there was so much to do in the place including ping-pong ,giant TVs and a great view in the backyard.. booking was very easy, and the host was very communicative when needed. Thanks again we enjoyed it.!!
What to say? This house was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing game/viewing room. The house was so clean, the sheets were nice and tidy. Everything was well kept. If you’re looking for a nice homey place to stay this is it! The staff are so amazing and they answered my questions quickly! Thank you guys for the opportunity to stay! See y’all next year!
My husband and I brought one of our granddaughters settlers to visit our freshman granddaughter at Purdue. It was a short driving distance away.
The hot tub was amazing and enjoyed by everyone!
We also went to visit the Frank Loyd Wright designed Samara house. Excellent tour!
The house worked out great for us as a touch base for all that we were doing. We would definitely stay there again.
