This is an affordable place to stay for a weekend or longer trip to SLC or surrounding area (s). The basement apartment was easy to access, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The communication with the property manager, BeeOurGuest was good. I was able to get an early check in, which was much appreciated.

This was an amazing place to stay! Easy access in and out of neighborhood, so clean and cute! Comfy beds!!!! Washer dryer tv great bathroom, jetted tub, kitchen amenities !There is an amazing back yard if you have a dog which is accessible for the downstairs apartment rental! We were happily surprised at how quickly the host returned answers for any questions we had. Response time was amazing! ***The only draw back if it is one - might be that it’s a downstairs apartment so there is a bit of noise from upstairs- walls and floors are not very sound proof. The guests and dog that stayed above us were a bit noisy - but we are pretty laid back We will definitely rent this place again if it is an available the next time we pass through .

Fantastic Stay!

Even better than advertised—the property was clean; well-appointed, and simply fantastic. The fenced backyard was a great feature for our dogs and the laundry room was great for our extended stay. I’d absolutely recommend it and would stay again if back in the area.

The place was spotless! Very comfy beds and the backyard was fantastic for my 2 schnauzers. Had all the essentials for a welcoming stay. Very communicative when needed and smooth check in and check out. If I did have to find a negative, it would be there is no way to control the temp in the unit without reaching out to have it adjusted as both the upstairs and this downstairs uses the same system. Other than that, when family comes to town to visit and needs a place to stay, I will be referring them here.

Great stay in Clearview

Clean and well maintained space with friendly hosts. Easy access to backyard apartment with enclosed yard perfect for our pups. We parked on the street because parking in the driveway was a bit hard to navigate in the dark as we arrived pretty late. Great stay and thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The big screen TV and electronic fireplace were endlessly entertaining. We also used the laundry and full kitchen. We all slept well and had an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely awesome! The cleaning supplies/soaps and trash bags were very appreciated! No complaints really but the gate is a bit hard to get into but we figured it out. The were more than accommodating for us extending our stay another day.

Pictures very accurate, very nice place. Stayed 10 days. Be aware this downstairs VRBO also has an UPSTAIRS VRBO with rotating tenants ... some of whom were VERY noisy at 4:30am getting ready for a flight and another tenant who had a 2-3 month old screeeeeeeaming baby every two hours all night. Also, the HVAC thermostat is UPSTAIRS and inaccessible to the downstairs tenant ... the landlord was very accommodating when we asked for "more heat" or "more cool" ... but at 2am, that's not practical when we're sweating or freezing downstairs. LOVELY place but be aware of these issues.
