Island Colony is centralized location and just moments to the beach! In the same block you have a variety of casual eateries including on site "Forty Niner" cafe.
There is a rental car company in the building so just think you may not need to pay for parking. Just rent it for the day and return before they close, then go back to rent whenever you need it :) Gym is $5 per stay.
